I need contact numbers of Bloemfontein offices, numbers provided here they only have 9 digits, I have a complaint, three of your consultants in Bloemfontein they are playing hide and seek now, November they took bags and wallets now they are nowhere to be found, they are also avoiding my calls, today I sent one of them message, she responded by saying you will get your bags at the security gate, if my problem is not attended, i'm going to press, their names are as follows, Tozi, Sihle and Mase.

I have been with this company ever since I started driving. Please, why do you not have a web site where you can pay your bills online. Every other company gives you that option. Come on, get real this is 2012.

MetLie owns and conducts the most HORRIBLE customer service department ever. Their training to their customer service staff is below mediocre, providing absolutely not just nonuseful information but no information at all. Instead, the staff is trained to only know how to ask ignorant questions over and over and over to drive you to give up on trying to get the information you need.

THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I WOULDN'T USE METIFE FOR ANY INSURANCE NEEDS! MY FATHER HAD A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY THROUGH THEM AND AFTER 2 WEEKS 5 PHONE CALLS 2 EMAILS MISINFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL NO CHECK ! JUST WONDERING IS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSOURCED CAUSE I CANT UNDERSTAND HALF OF THE CONVERSATION WHEN TALKING TO THEM !!!

I have had my home and car insured through MetLife for several years. Recently, I moved and rented out my home which I had been living in and which is totally paid for. I wanted to change my homeowners policy to a landlord policy. My agent told me that the premium would now be about $200 more than before since there was something wrong with my credit, but couldn't tell me what exactly was wrong. My credit is the best you could have and always was and still is. I was very upset because I thought someone had stolen my identity or something awful like that. I had to go through all my documents and do all the footwork to prove to them that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my credit. It took them months to get back to me and change that policy to a landlord policy. I never got an explanation nor an apology. I was in the middle of a move when this happened and it was extremely stressful. I am thinking of going with another ins. co. next time.

just spent 14 minutes trying to get a benificiary change form that has more than 4 spaces on it. They willprobably mail me 6 of them. where are the live people when you know what you need is not programmed with the computer lady ?
