When my 70 year old aunt began receiving letters of foreclosure from WF's foreclosure attorney, Sirote & Permutt, we contacted the bank and the attorney to inform them that they were sending notices to the wrong address. They investigated, agreed and said they were correcting the problem and assured us that my aunt would not be getting additional notices. Last week, a person was sent to my aunt's address to inform her that she was in foreclosure and must leave her home. My 70 year old aunt, with mid stages of Alzheimer’s, did exactly as she was told. She was an absolute wreck before I could assure her that it was a mistake. The bank informed me that it was the attorneys fault and I should address the matter with them. (The bank's foreclosure attorney.) The bank did call the attorney and they assured me this would not happen again. Sound familiar? I requested and was denied a letter of assurance that this was resolved and was denied a meeting with Wells Fargo management.

I HATE WELLS FARGO, is a really bad bank... they kicked you when you are down... if you have money, all doors open for you; but if you are late with a payment, they charge you a late fee and alledge that can not take it off as a courtesy becasue it wasn't their fault.... of course it wasn't, but as a long time customer and also having your mortgage with them they should extend the courtesy and even more if it's the first time it happens... I HATE THIS BANK!

I closed my accounts with wells Fargo. I hope more and more people will do the same. This is the only way to let them know how terrible they are

I hate Wells Fargo this is the worst bank EVER! When I had money and there was always over 1000 in my checking at a time now that I am down to the cent they love to take and make money off of me! I had 350 in over draft fees the money went in my accoutn the same day they took the overdraft fees and would only give me a credit of 120 Where does that money go for Big Bonuses to who?? I am so tired of these banks taking our money and advantage of the american people. We as americans are stuggling right, and they are still making money off of people who don't have it. The goverment bails our the banks who Bails us out when we stuggle. What is our County coming to?? Wells Fargo i hope that one day with your BAD business practice you to will go down with the recession.

Opened a new account under their program when you have been placed in check systems, (bank paid debit I did not authorize so would not pay) they processed an auto payment via wachovia for my car loan, I told them that the funds were late and would not be there on the date specified, we needed to change this, not only did they process the payment anyway they have slammed me with 700 dollars in check fees for a payment that I revoked. Told me cause I was on this second chance program to bad we will not consider returning your check fees. They also called me a liar stating that I did not call and advise them not to process payment and it is up to me to prove it. Get out of Wells Fargo thought they were a good bank, they are worse than US bank.

I went to the Wells Fargo On Brodie lane in Austin texas, and had a woman who send nothing to me, not Hello or Thank you !!! it was in the commercial drive thru. I'm not sure if she even saw me, I was mad I work for a large company who banks with you. It was about 1:45 on Monday the 19th of April. I'm in customer service and I would of fired her a long time ago.

Never use WF Auto Finance. They will harass you very badly for a day you are overdue on your payment. Any other bank might just give you a call as a friendly reminder but these people will talk to you very badly. I close all services with them.
