This has made me so angry. My husband is newly diagnosed with cancer.The medicine to treat him was to be delivered today by 4:30-at 5:30 it was not here - I called Fed EX and was told the driver came by at 3:50 and no one was home- funny thing ,my husband was sitting on the front porch at that time and our 2 trucks were out front. The driver apparently went home - locked the truck in a storage area and is leaving for the weekend.My husband was asked by Fed Ex if he minded waiting until Monday- I am furious!!!!

I really don't know how to describe this kind of bad service at the home of FedEx in Memphis, TN. A cell phone was ordered from Verizon which has a warehouse in Memphis probably because FedEx is here and they want to provide their customers with fast delivery service. Unfortunately, FedEx doesn't share their vision. The delivery location is in Bartlett, TN, a suburb of Memphis! Package picked up by FedEx on Aug 19, 2010 @ 7:58AM. Left FedEx origin facility at Memphis Aug 19 @1:35PM. Arrived @ another Memphis FedEx location Aug 19 @ 1:49PM. PACKAGE THEN SAT FOR APX 24 HOURS!! Now Friday Aug 20 3:36PM package again in transit in Memphis. It should be on the way to the FedEx Cordova Hub also in Memphis! Estimated delivery date by FedEx is Aug23, 2010 by 7PM!!! A TOTAL OF 4 DAYS FOR AN IN-TOWN DELIVERY. Verizon advises me that they paid for a 2 day delivery. You can be the judge as to whether they got their money's worth. They sure didn't make this customer happy at all........FedEx is also shipping me an Apple iPhone4 directly from Shenzhen, China to Lantau, HK to Anchorage, AK then to the world hub @ Memphis for delivery in Bartlett, TN in 5 days total per FedEx. To sum up this sad tale of service: 5 days to ship a package from China to Memphis/Bartlett and 4 days to ship a package from Memphis to Memphis/Bartlett. Tell me this company doesn't have a major problem.

Add my name to this list of dissastisfied customers. I ordered an important package from a third party that used FedEx as its shipper. I paid a premium to get it within three business days. I was initialaly happy to see that on day three via the tracking website my pkg was "on the truck for delivery" to my home. I waited all day and the pkg never arrived. Then the driver had the nerve to update my pkg status as "Future Delivery Requested". I called Customer support and really got nowhere. They couldn't reach the driver because his phone was "disconnected" and now I am waiting for some supervisor to call me to cover the drivers' tracks. I won't need the pkg tomorrow beacuse my business event will be over then. FedEx USED to be somebody. Now they just suck like so many other companies that provide services.

Actually, if you call their 800 number and say "more options" at the prompts (three times) the last option offers you the choice of speaking with a representative.

UNBELIEVABLE! I am so incensed about the lack of customer service for a company of this size. I requested a GROUND pick up on July 18 that did not get picked up until after my inquiery for a tracking number on July 23 and did not arrive at my home until July 27. THEN they charged me for EXPRESS instead of ground shipment. PISSED is the nicest word I have to describe my feelings for FEDEX at this time. They NEVER have to worry about me again.

I contacted a FedEX Representative and explained that we had a package shipped to us on July 22 from the Minneapolis/St Paul area to Southern California. It is now 7/30 and after the package made two trips to/from Charlotte, NC via Winston-Salem,NC back to Charlotte, taking two days and now it won't be delivered until Aug. 2. The Pony Express was faster. Believe me when I say that USPS has better customer service and is cheaper!

Jobs are hard to find in this day of economical difficulties. Per the company I ordered from Fed EX was suppose to deliver my package today (7/15/2010). I checked tracking and the local company had picked up my package for delivery at 6:36 a.m. Good thing I called my employer and told him the circumstances and also informed my employer the conversation I had with Fed EX earlier. Telephoned back customer service spoke to supervisor who could not reach anyone at local office but she left a voice message for them to call. STILL WAITING!!!
I totally agree that this is the worst shipping company now it is costing me a day without pay plus the fees for shipment.

I ordered some sheet metal from a company in south carolina and it was shipped FedEx. I was supposed to be delivered on 6/26/10. I checked the website today at 12:45 and it said it was delivered to my address at 10:42 am. We checked around the house and no package. We checked will all our neighbors and no one has even seen the
FedEx truck. We live in a very small area and every neighbor keeps track of who comes and goes out here. I called FedEx and the operator gave me the run around and said it would be 24 to 48 hours before they could let me know anything. I was uder the impression that the FedEx trucks had computers in them for the office to contact them when needed. This is the second time I have had a FedEx driver deliver my packages to the wrong address. I will request that the next time I order something that they use a different shipper. I will not deal with them in the future.
I am considering turning them in to the better business bureau.

This company does not deserve to be in business. They've been holding on to my package for almost a week now...I've made several calls, and each time I'm told the driver is on his way....No one at Fedex really seemed to care. I was losing money waiting for the item so I went ahead and bought another one. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!

Fedex is the worst shipper. Today I noticed 2 Direct TV packages on my front steps addressed to someone else. The packages were delivered to the wrong address. Fedex did not ring the doorbell or knock. They just dumped the packages at the wrong destination. This happens every day with Fedex. It is always questionable as to whether you will receive what you ordered when Fedex is the shipper. I refuse to take a chance and will not order from any company that uses Fedex.
