I spoke to customer service yesterday about setting me up with auto pay. I had a very difficult time understanding him as he spoke very quickly. Besides that he kept saying my incorrect payment figure. After giving him all my information and saying it was all set up he said he needed to do it with my debit card instead. At that point I became suspicious and told him I changed my mind. I have always done auto pay for my vehicles and never had this much trouble setting it up. I will be calling again today to make sure they won't be taking anything out of my bank account.

As a young woman during the Vietnam war, I was so very aware of the acronyms KIA and MIA.

I believe your cars are very nice to look at but COULD NOT drive one.

The transmission on my 2020 Soul with 24,500 miles went bad on Friday. It was towed to Diel Kia in Hermitage, PA. They still don't have a loaner available for me. So, I am now 3 days without transportation.?

Had I known when I was at the dealership that there aren't any coverages as in complimentary oil changes, free service for the first 3 yrs or so, I wouldn't have bought a Kia. The Toyota I traded in for my Kia had a lot of free stuff. lol changes, tire rotation, etc etc.

i bought my 2012 kia optima from matt taylor kia in Lancaster ohio september 1st 2018 and on july 3rd the engine in my car blew so i ahd to have it towed to them for them to replace it thankfully it was under warranty so it didnt cost me anything and when it was ready to be picked up on august 1st i had my car for 12 hours then my check engine light came on go to get it scanned and came back knock sensor so get it towed back to them for them to replace that so in about 7-10 days they say my car is ready again so i go get my car for the 2nd time i have my car an hour check engine light came back on go get it scanned again and its the knock sensor yet again so take it back to them so they say after a few days of having my car they need the tech line to do a update on my engine they just put in to fix the issue so fast forward to november 15th i was without my car and had 2 rental cars the entire time i was without mine and when i pick my car up for the 3rd time i get 5 mins away from the dealership and the check engine light comes on again so drive it back to them and tell them they check it and say its a history code so they clear it and send me on my way again and 20 mins later check engine light on again go get it scanned and its the knock sensor yet again so ive had my car since the 15th cause they didnt have any rentals available and said it was ok to drive my car with the check engine light on but on the 16th i try to see if i can be put in another car and they tell me the only way i can get out of my car is to have it repossessed so on the 18th i took my car to another kia dealership to see if they could see whats wrong since its closer to where i live and come to find out the lower motor mount wasnt completely tightened on my car after they put the new motor in my car and also found out the airbags in my car will not work if i was to get in a accident which is a big deal with me having a 4 year old son so something needs to be done about this asap or i will be getting an attorney to help me get this solved and handled before more people go through this
