I bought a 2013 ram 1500 well let's start with the overheating got a new fan and its still overheating to 241 and 3 weeks later my computer lets go so one night of driving my lights trun off and stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours they pop back on I had this truck for 2 months and its been in the shop for 11 day and what do they say they are working on the problems so all I want is my money back and I'll just get a jeep

Again from Dodge!!! NO SUPPORT! for those of you who run into this issue! cummins 98-02 automatics shifting issues!!! firewall in front of passangers,plug closest to fender, blue wire with orange stripe! cut! connect a noise suppressor wire to harness side!(not the plug!!) run wire to ground(I went to neg post on battery!) and tada issue solved!

I have a 2001 5.9 4x4 3500 Dually! I am truly in love with this truck! the problem I am having is shifting! Seems the best "WE" have figured it has an issue of the altenator back feeding into the lock out on the torque converter causing it to shift rapidly between gears at a relaxed idle!Many people and a few bonafied mechanics later! I landed in with XDP who put me on the right path! Turned out a temporary fix! From the Blue wire with the orange stripe through a noise suppressor to a ground!!!! WOW WORKED!! Temporary!! 8-10 weeks, now working on wire every day! Please someone who has shared this misery help me out,before I resort to getting out from under the truck!!!! I have a dodge caravan 2006. I have changed the power steering pump. It makes a whinning noise when I drive on the interstate. It doesn't do it if I drive 55 only when I drive 65 for a period of time. What could be wrong?

I bought a 2013 dodge dart in feb started having trouble with it. So to make a long story short it needs a new engine and they had my car since april 5 2013 waiting for a new engine that nobody knows what is going on when It will we in. I thin g Dodge should get with the program because I do not thing they got clue what they are doing .and a new car was declined I just found out. so paid for a new car cash had 3 momths in garage 3to4 times now I have no car till new engine comes in who knows when

The Phillips Dodge dealership in Ocala, FL has a sham of a service department. The managers there could care less about helping anyone. I will no longer use Dodge for the servicing of my vehicles. They are incompetent and don't want to go out of there way to help anyone. They are a joke and I am warning everyone I know of how the owner of the place is letting this go on. He/she had better tend to business more closely but I guarantee his manager is not.

I bought a Dodge because I wanted to put money into an American vehicle and I had heard such great things about Dodge's. Well we are 2 hard working military people and we are not made of money but I have 2 very tall and still growing boys so we needed the extra room. I bought my Dodge in Oct of 2011. From the very start the car started falling apart and pieces were breaking off. I took it back to the dealership within 30 days to have a part fixed for which they never did, I should have just returned the car then but my family loved it and we needed the extra room. Well a little over a year later and a rod broke in my engine, no sweat right because DODGE has that great 5 year or 100,000 mile warranty that covers things like this right......YEAH RIGHT!!! I was told that I now have to go find all my receipts for my oil changes in order for them to honor my warranty and if I don't then it will cost me $8000 to get my engine fixed!!!I almost cried, where in the world am I going to get $8000 to fix an engine!!! So I found all the receipts I could fine which totaled 5 in 13 months which I think is pretty good right, but oh no since I seem to be missing one I may have to end up paying for this car or losing money to buy my family a new car and still paying for this loan so it doesn't effect my credit. I was advised today that with my documentation they see I was trying to make routine oil changes and that they would be willing to pay 50% of the costs. We are a military family where do they think I just have $2500 just laying around. I offered to bring in documentation from my husband, my friend and his dad showing that they performed some of my oil changes because they did and I was told that would be heresay and if I don't accept this offer then will withdraw the offer and I would have to pay the full $5000 to get my engine fixed. I am floored, why isn't this dealership honoring the 100000 for supposed to be covered repair engine parts? Dodge is a majoe rip off company, this is my first and last Dodge in life!!! When I get this car fixed I will be selling it to the highest bidder even if I lose money!!!!

We have a 2007 dodge pickup 2500 with 32970 miles, the transmission has gone out in it , been out of warranty about 5 months.
diagnose engine trying to take of at idle in drive code P0868 Low Tranmission Line
Pressure code was present . Transmisson torque convertor is bad causing engagement problem , put new transmission in.
Called the dodge dealer in ringgold to see what they could do. they told us they could not help us. They did not tell me about a 1-800 number that i could have called to get some help.Had it repaired at a indenpent service ctr. They repaired the truck and runs good.
I called the 1-800 # after the fact, if the dealer ship had told us about a 1-800 # i would have called before,can not get no help,

will never buy a dodge again!!!!!!
