Bought Photoshop & Premier Elements from Best Buy. Have not been able to retrieve serial number. All the links either don't exist or take me around in circles. Adobe customer service link says live help 7 days a week. Wrong! I understand need for copy write protection but not this circus to install a product that I paid for. I will see if Best Buy will return my money.

Why In Hell Is Flash Player Messing With My Computer So Much. I Tried To Fix This Thing, And Nothing Happens. These People Don't Care About Anything But Money. The Flash Player Works O.k. With Google, But Nothing Else. I Have Download Fp 11 Over 10 Times And It Still Doesn't Work. How Come We Where Not Told About This. I Can't Find Any Other Flash Player To Install.

Adobe Creative Cloud is the digital "Hotel California": you can sign up, but you can't never leave. And customer "support" is a multinational, global joke. I've used Adobe products for 20 years. My biggest mistake was signing up for an annual Creative Cloud membership. About the only thing "creative" is their ability to keep you on the cloud. As a retired assistant AG, I'm pursuing a constructive fraud case against the company.

Adobe flash player 11.6 does not work on sing snap. I was given directions to replaceit with adobe 11.5 . It cannot be doewnloaded. It is out dated for download. Fix the clitch in your latest flash player or just stop advertising it. It sucks. I enjoy sing snap because I can't get out because of health problems. Now I can't sing because the playback has all this clicking noise. DO SOMETHING>

how do I get rid of the little box that pops up on my screen and will not allow me to do anything when it is on my computer screen????? it asks me to allow it to have more space (allow or deny)

Adobe Creative Cloud membership has a BIG downside. Their activation servers had a glitch yesterday, so I lost functionality in Premiere Pro (presets went missing- so projects I was working on wouldn't load). Then the fun part- 1 hour on hold (never got through) then called on another phone and asked for call back. They did call back, but put me on hold for 30 minutes anyway. Took another 45 minutes for them to solve the problem. The issue is that this could happen at any moment and you are helpless to fix it since deactivation fails and you are forced to deal with the long waits for someone to help you.

The latest adobe Flash Shockwave Flash...will shock you when you get "Error 204 unhandled......." every 4 minutes on firefox or safari...the geeks at Adobe
seem unaware or uncaring...they justify
their employement by creating updates ever two weeks and then when flawed they work on the next update.

Adobe is nothing but a worthless joke. Their worthless flash constantly crashes every time I'm online. I've done EVERYTHING that is suggested to 'fix' their mess. NOTHING helps. Can not get a hold of them, they do not respond or ever fix their junk. They may as well shut it down as well as their business. Crooks & liars. Have spent every time online getting ticked off by their worthless flash that never works only crashes. WHY DON'T THEY FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT?!?!?!?!

I've encountered lousy customer service, but this is a first. Adobe is the only company that tells you that if you enter your phone number you will be called back within miutes, and then fails to do so - ever.

FYI Adobe's generally poor customer service is the reason that, after a lot or research and downloading of trial versions, I bought Sony movie editing software instead of Adobe.

I think this is hilarious. I am going to tell as many folks that I know about it. I can get a 2004 elements to load into windows 7, yet your full version after you cut off the cs2 full version of adobe premeire doesn't load not matter what I do with it online. It won't load into win xp or windows 7. Your company is very bright. This is great. The rest of the world needs to know this. You need better customer service. The gentleman I spoke to said to do it myself after I asked him to hold onto the line. You have to learning to do. Maybe company downfall might be a start. Okay by me.
