The Snapfish Value Pass program is a total
scam. I have been charged $14.95 a month automatically to my credit card. The total is now $553.15. I have never received an benefit or been contacted about this Value Pass program. I just forgot about it until m wife discovered the charge on our visa. I had signed up for the program to receive a $10 coupon which is the hook for the program. If you forget, you are charged $14.95 a month to be a member of this worthless Value Pass program. After calling and speaking with Ayaan, he said the Value Pass program was being evaluated by a Snapfish team.
we were refunded $44.85 and removed from the worthless Snapfish Value Pass program. When I complained about the lack of value they reviewed how I had signed up and received an email confirming my membership. I do not remember the email, it may have been in junk mail. This is a bad program and Snapfish should review its value to the customer and refund the money. They owe us a credit of $508.30.

I like the quality of Snapfish's photobooks, when I can manage to navigate its user-unfriendly site to create what I have in mind. The customer service is abysmal. It is all based in India; the reps write answers from scripts, which, while on the surface are in intelligible English, lack any context in relation to the actual problem you might be having. My LiveChat with a rep earlier this evening went as follows (edited for length):

ME: The "delete page" tool for Photobooks does not seem to work. Each time I try to delete pages it adds pages instead. Can you explain how, exactly, to delete or add pages? ... Are you there?
RICH S: Yes. Sorry for the delay. Iím more than happy to assist you with your photobook.
ME: Where, exactly, must cursor be placed to delete pages? On the page number? Before/after the pages?
RICH S: I'll look at the book in your account.
ME: OK. It added pages each time I hit the "minus" sign.
RICH S: You should click on the page number after you lay out the entire book by clicking on the symbol with 9 small green rectangles.
ME: Well, I don't think that will work. I have been using the symbol you mention all along. That is a DISPLAY symbol, not an add/delete symbol. The green rectangles display the grids. They do not cause pages to add/subtract.
RICH S: Right. It will lay out all the pages, then you click the page number right above the page, then hover the mouse over the '+- pages' to delete either the left side or the right side.
ME: I will try it again, but I believe that is what I've been doing all along. ...
No, it does not work the way you say. In fact, pages continue to add.
RICH S: I'll get into your account to help.
ALLISON: I have made many photobooks on Snapfish. The instructions have never been clear enough. But this hasn't happened before. Could you please DELETE ALL PAGES that say "drag photo here"? I don't think that, even if you do it for me, it will be helpful, because unless it will also work for me I can't create the book.
RICH S: It will work if I do it. One moment please.
ME: I will have to try and reach someone by phone to see if they can walk me through the process. Please tell the "technical team" that the instructions ARE NOT CLEAR on how to add/delete. Unless I am able to do it myself, I can't create the book. Please send me a phone number for customer service. I will call later tonight or tomorrow.
RICH S: I'm sorry, we can only be reached by chat.
ME: What you are saying is untrue. I have reached Snapfish Customer Service by phone before. I have told you: unless I understand how to do it myself, it is not helpful. Please give me the phone number.
RICH S: I'm sorry, we don't have a number to give. We feel we respond quicker to customers via chat.
ME: That is simply untrue, unless phone support has been eliminated in the last few weeks.
RICH S: Is there anything else I can do for you?

Their customer service is horrible. They won't give you a phone number that actually works not matter how many times you ask. I can only hope that the books I ordered turn out well. I will probably never order from Snapfish again.

Customer support is non-existent. NONE of the FAQ's answer my question. I had to go to google to find a phone number to call, and when I did (5 times) I variably got: one ring, a long pause and a busy signal (three times) cut off completely (once) a recording that the number is not registered.
Gosh, I would like to order some pictures but, with no instructions on how to do it and no one to ask, I can't!

i just received a mug as a gift. The top won't move. I can't get the top off. customer service couldn't help. It is worthless if you can't fill it.

I have called the many times (sat. noon) and get a recording that you are closed. Call during business hours.
I believe I am calling during the time that you are suppose to be open??
I want to find out when my order will arrive. It was suppose to have been shipped on Dec. 5 and today is Dec. 14.
I live in Va. and the photo collages are coming from Md.
Please advise me on the shipment order #

Trying to get in touch with customer service and the line keeps saying they are closed even though they should of opened 1/2 hr ago. Oh well not like I would understand them anyways they are in India. This just confirms I will not do business with them again. Hope my photo books arrive correct because I ordered 5 of them. Should be interesting.

I ordered a photo book as a Christmas present (which i won threw McDonalds so it was completely free) at the beginning of November. I waited 4 weeks and still didn't receive it even though it said it would be here in max three weeks. I then went on the online chat. I was apologized to and told that the order isn't going to be completed but i could order a 5x7 photo book (which is cheaper and messes up my lay out) instead. When they finally agreed to let me use the one i had already they said to continue to check out. I then need to put my credit card information in. I do not have a credit card, and the first time i ordered i didn't need a credit card. They continue to argue then apologize and never really help! still waiting to hear from management!

Poor Customer Service!!!! I ordered address labels and when I received them they were blank with the addresses and pictures on the back of the sheet. Who-ever printed them loaded the paper in upside down. I emailed them a picture and initiated chat and this is the response: "We are extremely sorry, This might be a production error occurred on address labels in your order. Please accept our sincere apology on behalf of snapfish.This is actually a fairly rare occurrence. Usually you will get your orders in proper condition. We assure you that your future orders will be to your satisfaction."
Um-what? No offer to replace....Crazy and I'm done with this crappy company. Does management not see these complaints or do they just not care?

Horrible! Horrible! Hard time getting through and then got someone who barely spoke English. Absolutely frustrating! This is enough to make me abandon the calendars I am making and go to Shutterfly or Costco! Extremely poor customer service!
I have no way of knowing if I got what I asked for, since I could not understand him.

Terrible phone and internet service! Cannot talk to an American with a clear voice. This has to be worse company I ever dealt with! A one rating is too high!

Horrible customer service! I received blurry poor quality pictures and was told to reprint them along with this...
(customer service): I'm sorry the mistake will not be repeated for the future orders
(Me): All of the pictures that are not clear are the ones that had to be slightly cropped, will I not be able to get them to be a better quality?
(CS): For this time you will get your pictures with good quality
I knew they would print the same but I thought maybe she knows something I don't so I reprinted them at a higher resolution and received the same quality photos. This time the representative I spoke to tried telling me that they looked at my previous conversation and I was told they were low quality and wouldn't print well. I guess she didn't know I had the whole conversation in front of me because that was nowhere to be found in the convo. I preceded to tell her what was really said and she issued me a credit and signed off as I was typing a question( I guess she was done with me). And the person who I last spoke with was the third person I had to speak to because the one before her who also had no idea what was going on decided to just stop responding to me.

Poor poor poor. After spending 3 weeks in the USA I came back with over 1000 photos. I ordered 50 just to get a photo album started 2 days after we an email to say they had been posted and that they would be with me in 1 to 5 working days. 2 weeks later still no sign of them.
An email to customer service led to the really useful response of hang on they will be with you soon. Not good enough.
The next step is trying to get my money back which seems impossible.
I will avoid in the future

I had ordered from Snapfish earlier and was fine and this time, the photos didn't arrive at all. More so the Blue Dart updates in the tracking that the Consignee's place was closed. This is false as my house always has someone in and noone was called on the phone number provided which includes a hand set too. Can't find any Customer Care number in India. Irony that the services are outsourced to India but can't call them on any local number.

I just received my pictures-first time ordeering with Snapfish-THE WORST!Half of my pictures are printed blurry, I am missing pictures of entirely of two events, and the picture color is yellow! This was my first order with Snapfish and took them up on the offer of free prints. So after reading the comments below, I won't even waste my time by calling Snapfish for any type of resolution. Thank you commentators and no Thanks Snapfish!

Just received my book today and am a little disappointed. I had personalized each picture and only 4 pictures were personalized. The edge of the outside binder has a name that I didn't put there. That was a name of the group inside the book. I had spent a lot of time getting the dates from these old pictures. It would have been fine if this had been done.

Snappish Needs To Work On Shipping... Still Waiting On My Books Over 2 Weeks Since It Was Shipped Am Really Pissed... Every Time You Speak To The Customer Service Agent They Cant Answer Any Of You Questions All U Hear Is Sorry Sorry Sorry (the Worst Customer Service) It Clear That The Call Center Is Not Located It The Usa Because You Cant Understand Them Half Of The Time, And There Not On The Same Page They All Say Something Different ... This Is Not The First Time I Had Problems With The Shipping...

After reading the comments on this website I realised that I am not alone in experiencing terrible customer service and a complete failure to help from Snapfish.
I had used them successfully in the past, but never again! I had spent a considerable amount of time completing a photobook and have been unable to order it using their website. There is clearly a fault which is preventing me from completing the ordering process. When I contacted Shapfish they have given me ludicrous suggestions and told me that basically the problem is my computer. This is despite the fact that I also have the same issue when trying to order from home, work, my partner's work and my sister's house on different computers. When I called I also found it very difficult to communicate witht he customer service reps due to the language barrier and recieved no help at all. I will NEVER use this company againa nd will actively tell others not to.

ordered 4 photo books, two came with pictures upside down. I live chatted and she told me to take pix of the pages that were wrong and email them, The email address was not correct so I chatted agaiin. They gave me a credit for the two books, I ordered them again. They just came today with upside down pix. I have been with thme since the beginning but its time to switch from Indian customer service reps who read from a script.

Worse of the worse, no maners arrogant etc. I had order some photos from Snapfish,I dial the number a lady with a very hevay answer, asked to speak to somebody in the States ,told me their is no number for the State everything is run in India. I told her that they have send me the wrong order I explain to her to send me a return paper to send the picture back she told me to trow it in the garbage I ask her why she just became very annoying.I just hang up I felt to go into the phone and punch her.I decide to use the chat at least she help and not to trow the picture it is a wedding picture.Shame on you for haveing people as that work for you it makes your bussiness very getto,I worked for more the 10,000 thousand people per day never treated people as that good thing I received my pictures before X-MAS for a present for my son thanks to the Chat

i agree with everybody else. worst customeer service ever. i called and a woman with a srtong indian accent refused to help me saying that she knew nothing about snapfish . i explained that i got the number online and she still refused to help or trasfere me to someone else. now i have to give away photobook that a ruined . i will never shop here again!

Do Not Use Snapfish for any reason. There are too many other good companies out there that value their customers enough to actually have the customer service department in the US, and with some general idea of printing. Snapfish quality is the worst I've ever seen and when you call customer service (India), not only is there a language barrier, they have no knowledge of printing. They clearly read a canned response from a card. I never ever leave reviews of companies, good or bad, but I've never been as angry or frustrated with the quality and lack of customer service as I am with this poor excuse for a company.

I have never been so angry in my life!!! My poster frame order was delivered completely wrong! When I called customer service the representative had the strongest Indian accent!!! Nedless to say, 3 annoying phone calls later and 3 new orders to my house it was still WRONG!!!!! There was definitely a language barrier that needs to be addressed!!!! So disappointed and frustrated that this company decided to outsource thier customer service department through India.....
