got locked out of my accounmt saying its fake ....those pics are really me and my property . I was just getting back into contact with old friends and was playing an app for which i have spent a lot of time and money on already . now locked out .....didn't even have a chance to verify my account showed some pics of some lol fake people accounts(gamers) asking me they're names like i would know with over 100 strangers accepted in the past 10 days the one i did recognize when i went to put the name down after i skipped the first two it locked me out and said hourly limit has exceeded.....had only been a matter of a cple minutes
all this stopped me right in the middle pof a paid service through face book very irritated. I want acces to my accout pictures ad friends ASAP

THIS IS NOT FACEBOOK's OWN SUPPORT. it is a 3rd party company that provides support. Facebook does not offer telephone support, you contact them from your Facebook account via the help links. You send a WRITTEN priority ticket and then they email you or message you back.

I sent a complaint to you, reference my account which had 100,000,000 taken from it on 6-9-13. I had two notes sent to me, # and . The notes read they needed 72 hours to check the complaint and they would get back with me. Well, 72 hours have come and gone, where are my credits????

I don't think this anyway to treat a costumer, I have spent lots of money on Facebook and did not expect this kind of treatment!

my sister's facebook account was hacked, and deleted by someone she knows. the only way that she can report this is if she logs in, which she cant. he email which is used for facebook was hacked into aswel, and she cant reset her password on either account. i have tried myself to get this person reported and my sisters account reactivated but... no luck, as again, my sister needs to be logged in. this is ridiculous! is there anything that can be done to help? as i live in the uk, i cant call, the email addresses that i have found are useless!

You have the worst customer service that anyone can have. I want to discontinue my subscription and you make it very hard to contact you. That tells me dishonesty in your company and cannot be trusted to further my relationship with subscription to your firm. Please discontinue my subscription or I will be force to file a lawsuit against facebook and I will make it public if you give me more hard time of trying to stop my subscription. Not sure if this is the Place to write this (Right now I am Unable to Log in to Facebook~~I have been wanting to contact someone to let them know~~"On Thur. April 18, 2013--around 7-7:30pm~Facebook Saved My Life". I was having a "Stroke"~~unable to get to a phone~My body was not responding to my commands~~Everything but my Left Hand~~I was on FB~~With the help of my left hand/making my right hand type a Message for HELP~~think it was readable~~but Not Good.."Please HELP~~Call Tyler (My Son & was able to get his phone # correct) Within moments my neighbors were getting ready to break my door, when they heard my son's truck~~They came in, I was on the floor & could not move nor Talk. Son called 911~~Ambulance was here in less than 10 min. Made it to the hospital within the 3 hour time frame to give me IV Meds to Disperse the Blood Clot in my Brain. I have full function of all my body with No Side Effects. THANK YOU FACEBOOK :)

I'm sure this will probably be the stupidest question asked!!! Earlyier we checked our checking acct and noticed there was an insanely high transaction pending. Well I contacted my bank and about had a stroke when they said it was from FAcebook! I just knew that my wife or I had been hacked and our bank and card info had been stolen. I just new we were about to see charges piling up! So we rushed home and went on my wides fb page first... Well it looks like what happened was, our four yr old was playing one of the games and somehow managed to purchase about 19,000 gold bars(I have no idea what you do with them...!) I'm not exactly sure how my little one managed to do this because we went threw the process and you have to click 3 seperate selections just to confirm this... Then we noticed if you're playing and the level ends you are presented with several options to purchase to continue. This option we did not click because it could be a "one click" feature/option. I think this is what happened! I'm trying desparately hard to contact someone in facebook or anyone that can help us... The transaction is still pending and the gold is still there. I'm basically trying to cancelle it before it actually posts to my acct. If I can do that it would save everyone alot of work! The only way to do this is speaking with fb and them cancelling the transaction themselves. My bank can't do anything on there end other then file a dispute once the transaction actually posts... I just don't know how to go about this if I can't speak to anyone? Normally an email would be fine but I don't have the time to wait on that method. If this were a few bucks or so it wouldn't be an issue, but we're talking over a hundred bucks!!! I would be greatful for any advice anyone can offer me because I'm at a complete loss as to how to fix this! Thanks again! My email is

Facebook has the WORST support of any site I have ever been on. I have a problem with what Facebook stored and they will not help me get it corrected. This has been going on for over six months. TOO LONG. Get some live support people ande don't be so cheap.

I got a bunch of emails and texts from someone calling thereself annie who now texts me from a calls himself brian he also says he got my number from fb he is harassing me if you get a text or email do not reply the number is a text now number and they will not tell you who it is without a subpoena

Hi,
I have not been able to play cityville in a month and a half,
it started with not being able to get quest items from buildings or friends or items I post for.
I contacted support around April 20 or so they told me to uninstall the game then re install it I did about 7 times but it never worked, then some of my buildings statred showing that they were not connected to roads. so I connected them again they said it needed to be turned over to game developers that was April 27 th and here I am still waiting to hear something. I tried contacting them by clicking on the link at the bottom right corner of cityville game but it just tells me its broken. so far I am not very fond of facebooks support team. PLEASE HELP
