I'm very upset I been on the phone since 7:44am trying to recover my password if you would not made me change it I wouldn't have to go through this ...I have had this account for years...I can't send it to my phone because my number has changed during the time of having this account...it's been 3 hours still not any answers this is very very unfair...I know you serve billions but think of a billion dollar idea on how to better serve your customers and there issues like seriously this is ridiculous....atleast have a call back system...I'm very very very very disappointed I'm very upset...

To whom it may concern.

I am a fervent fan of Yahoo news and storie writ-ups. However, I would like your stories and reporting about political and social issues to be more objective by providing both sides of your story.

One aspect that the bias writing on Yahoo is forgetting that we the people are pretty smart. Bias and one sided stories actually is insulting.

For example: Democrays are not 100% saints and Republicans are 100% evil. When reporting I suggest that you take into account that we are so diverse that in one family household you will find all sorts of political preferences. By catering to one side you leave out the other side.

I've been happy with Yahoo for years and what do they do? They hire some overpriced know-it-all to change everything. Change is a part of life but you should have made changes for the better. I'm done with these jerks. IF I wanted Bing I would use Bing.

How do I get rid of the emails where the click box to the left of the email heading is covered by a dollar sign? They will not let you delete them. HELP!

this is the 2nd time I have expressed my problem. I am experiencing way too much space on email replays etc. Currently one must be told to scroll all the way to the bottom in order to see my reply. How can this be fixed? In advance thank you. BEST..

ok its been days and cant get in to my email I need this for my job with out my email I have no money coming in and could be out of work how dose big companies like yahoo not care it is said that once they get big they don't care any moor they need to think back when every one the had sign on was good and now they don't care if you use them or not what a waste of all those yrs for yahoo very sad PS NOT TO SAY I JUST HAD 1000 CARDS MADE WITH THE YAHOO ADDRESS ON THEM FOR WORK

As a Travel Agent, I am required to email itineraries from various travel vendors. It appears as if Yahoo has eliminated the ability to email from third parties. If that's the case, I will need to use another ISP that does allow this function.
Please advise.

Up until recently I have used primarily only g mail. Because of interviews and school related needs, i thought to give yahoo a try. Several weeks after joining yahoo, I lost my ability to sign in automatically. The site insisted I receive a text to my phone to recover my password which once was automatic sign in but my phone number had changed. It gave me other options which never took me where it said it would, so I began trying to phone yahoo. I called AM I called PM and I called numerous days and various time, sometimes being on hold for 30 minutes before they auto hung up...And then I tried the support and recovery link online which still gave me no viable options...Several days ago after several attempts, the email contact they talked about was available for the first time so I used that and expressed my problem and urgent need...After three days, and after the "auto" saying they had received my email...still no response...Long story short, THEY SUCK! worst email experience by far that I have ever experienced. They could not pay me to use them again... beware...Be Very Aware...It is a damn shame what they have become.

Are you ever going to fix the problem of adding attachments, spell check, etc.? Every time something is done to supposedly improve yahoo mail it gets worse. One more problem and we will no longer deal with yahoo mail.

I have been trying to contact customer service for a week now but to no avail. Been on hold forever and no one ever answers the phone. Worst service ever. They say to send them an e-mail but if you cant access your account how are you going to do that to read their response? I hope someone reads this and does something about it.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I have heard "your call is important to us, please hold on" at least 500 times. I have spent several hours trying to get through multiple times at all different times throughout the day to no avail. Regardless when the call is made, the same recording is always played, then it always disconnects. The message also directs me to Yahoo help online, which does not answer my question. I owned shares of stock in Yahoo and sold them all, because of the sheer ridiculousness of the pathetic customer servie

Yahoo is a vast enterprise, but it has a lousy communications system. I can design a better software for the company if I will be given the chance to do so.
