Hello my name is eric scott cole im unable to use my Facebook account because im unable to log into my live account because i dont remember my password and i cant change password because when it want to send code it will send to a phone number i no longer have if you could help me i would really appreciate it my new number is if you could call me i would appreciate your help i need to change information so i can communicate with my family my Facebook account is set up with my live i would like to change that account because i cannot use it anymore i now use [email protected] it would be best if i could speak to a live person as im not to good with this stuff thank you and hope to hear from you my number thank you

I am told to make a new email after being locked out for "suspicious activity" the email was made for me when I was younger so I could play games. Therefor my memory is a little rough on the details for the email. Especially considering I do not play xbox anymore, I cannot provide a prepaid card number. My credit card was compromised. I cannot provide the numbers that are saved on the email. I need more assistance beyond an o promoted pos.

my email have blocked by you with the reason is someone trying to hacking my email, and I got the message asked me to fill the form to re-back my email account and I have sent 2 emails for that request forms but all the message that got is I cannot identify myself because the information is not enough, but I can promise that i have told you all the information I have so my email is .th please check my email and return it to me as soon as possible.

Its really bad service. I cant get into my account also the email is wrong should be .net So also my password has been blocked so I can't even get any updates on my cell phone. I have tried for a year on line to get help and nothing works. Now I was asked again to fill out the forms and I don't have an xbox account and their is no reason to give you my credit card number I just make phone calls and text I don't use all the crap on the windows phone. So because I don't give a card number you tell me not enough information. That's Crap. And you can't talk to a live person on the phone so that is also crap.

I have been trying yo get back into my live.com site for mso long i forgot how long it's been I bought the laptop a few years ago and my son set it up but used a live email , now i strted useing apps and cn't get llot of them because it asks for a password . I don't know the password because my son set it up . trying to get the password is driving me crazy , I have tryed my infor like address and extra email address but it keeps running me in circles . could you please help me out. I even tryed to sign p with a new account but when i try to get apps it asks for my boppershouse @ live password . Come on man I ]m not trying to get into a bnk volt . I just want to get some apps .

I have had to change my live.com password several times and now I am locked out! I had to use Google to find this page! How do I get my account unlocked?

I want to access my live email account. It keeps asking me for an email account to send a security code. I opened a gmail account, but cannot get that to work. They have the same support problem that takes you into catch-22 circles. How did you manage to make something so good and simple so complex? No one has a live human being to talk to.

I got an email from microsoft saying that they could not bill my credit card for my yearly hotmailplus subscription.When I tried logging into my account I forgot my security number and had to reset it. After successfully performing the reset, when I tried to log in to my account I got a message saying I can't log into my account for 30 days after a security reset. Called customer support and after spending an hour with them, I was advised that they couldn't bill my credit card due to problem with their system. Due to their issue my subscription will expire because I can't update my cred card info

I cannot get access to my hotmail account, I dont have a security code freakin code!! I have had my account for over 10 years and never had any issues until now,all the information that was previously put in has obviously changed in the last 10years. I have job offers pending but can't do anything because I don't have access to my emails. Thanks for runing my life and wasting my time!!!!! FIXX

TOTALLY AGREED!!! This Company SUCKS in terms of customer service. No one knows what the heck is going on! Very frustrating! I keep getting transferred from one person to the next. UGH!!!

This web page lists a phone number. But it's useless, because even though one can reach a real human being there, all the person tells one to do is to go to There is nothing in the way of an actual e-mail address to which one can send a message from one's Hotmail account. I want to kill freaking Microsoft. The company is a monopoly, "too big to fail", so they think of customers as expendable. Being knowledgeable doesn't even apply, if one can't get one's question or criticism to a real human being.

Microsoft sucks. I try to access my hotmail acct and it says it doesn't exist. I open a new acct and it says that acct already exists (my hotmail acct). And after 5 phone calls to microsoft they tell me there is only 1 site for help, which is no help. What a crappy company. How is it still in business.? Below on this site it asks me to type some strange shapes showing. Are they crazy, there are no such shapes on a keyboard!

thank you so much this number was very helpful ( 1800-642-7676 i did exactly what you said as soon as the recording started i kept pressing 0 and a technician answered right away , and my problem was resolved in no time thank you so much to the tech named adi he was awesome.....

After 3 phone calls and transfers, I am right back where I started. The last person I talked to said there is no phone support for Windows Live. Microsoft Windows Update totally messed up my email service. My computer is only several months old. This will be the last Microsoft product I will ever buy.

I was asked if I was using xbox, I said I wasn't but was transferred to xbox support...
