Whirlpool customer support does not exist. On phone navigating confusing and meaningless promps for 25 minutes before they told me I was calling outside normal business hours. Any humans in there or is it all AI? How did it come to this?

This is absolutely the worst company to deal with! I submitted rebate forms with all necessary information and mailed it to the location listed on the form only to have it all returned as NOT DELIVERABLE / UNABLE TO FORWARD..........................I MAY LIKE THE PRODUCT BUT WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!!!NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, NOT VEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I purchased four major appliances made my whirlpool from Lowe's they arrived on 1 February the freezer wouldn't make ice and it wouldn't freeze food solid Lowes couldn't get a service man to come out until 6 February he said it was a compressor and some other components so I contacted Lowe's and they brought me a new refrigerator on Saturday, February 9.. Thinking my troubles were over the new refrigerant that they that they brought the doors wouldn't stay closed luckily I caught the drivers before they left and it was a gasket at the top of the fridge raider so they switch doors from the refrigerator that they were returning and put them on my new refrigerator, That seem to work but then after they left I noticed I was missing a shelf in the refrigerator so I contacted Lowe's again they caught the driver and told him to stop back by and take the shelf out of the old one that I was returningand put the new one in. I bought Whirlpool appliances because I thought they were very reputable but I'm kind of worried now because I've purchased all this whirlpool stuff and I've had trouble with two refrigerators. I thought you needed to know what kind of stuff whirlpool is putting out there!

would not recommend purchasing anything from Whirlpool. there is virtually no customer service help. i sat on the phone fro 25 minutes then gave up . i guess i will just have to junk the range i purchased a year ago .

Your company is not user
friendly I was considering buying a washer and dryer I wanted to check the age of my old one I was put on hold for 30 mins still no answer.your automatic system did not allow for questions. Very poor customer service especially for senior citizens I guess you are not interested in real customer service

I don't recognize the phone number listed at the top of this page. I was bounced back and forth between two other numbers, (for "existing requests"), neither of which was helpful or even interested. Typical customer "service" these days, I know. When I made the appointment -- for a dishwasher I bought only 1.5 years ago that has a defective dispenser component that's now failed twice -- I was assured that my wish not to have the technician arrive as early as 8 a.m. would be honored. However, Whirlpool confirms its next-day appointments with a recorded call that mentioned the ENTIRE timeframe even if they've previously agreed not to come before a specific early hour. The two reps whom I spoke with were robotic and unhelpful. Only after a half hour wasted on the phone with two reps at two different numbers (who kept telling me to call "the other number"), trying to confirm the time they'd previously AGREED to, was it revealed that my appointment would be the third of the morning. Guess this was some closely guarded secret that they didn't want to divulge? Bad products, even worse customer "service."

I have a 6 month old whirlpool refrigerator that is not cooling properly. After contacting whirlpool I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hrs. Five days later whirlpool calls back and says they have no one in my area to fix fridge and that I have to find my own repairman, have him diagnose the problem, then I have to contact whirlppool again to order parts and after repair is done whirlpool will reimburse me no more than $150 no matter what it costs if I mail them receipt for repairs.
I am very disappointed in Whirlpool and will never buy another appliance from them unless they contact me and take care of this warranty issue. I will also be leaving bad reviews anywhere I can and also will try to contact main office to get this resolved.

I've been on hold now for over an hour. Called 3minutes after they opened at 800 can't get service online. Can't get a person on the phone. Refrigerator is 6months old and second call where I've lost all my food. There is a lemon law. Believe me I have one I expected better service from whirlpool

Calling the customer service'number listed on their site allows you to prune the shrubs, grocery shop and watch your favorite TV show before you may be connected. But alas, you can go ahead and mow your lawn while you dial again, because they just disconnected you!
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT AGAIN!!!

Bought a Whirllpool electric range injure and the glass is chipping up. Can't get a hold of anyone from customer service they keep you on hold for hours. I am continuing to try because it is still under warranty but I have had to get another range because I don't feel safe using this one.

Terrible customer service!! Gas oven 3 years old, control panel blank, choices on Controlpanel not responsive to touch, pilot light stopped igniting, therefore unable to use oven, phone call to Whirlpool customer service, on hold (with Costco representative's help) for one and one half hours, no responce
phone call, hung up. Next day. on phone with Whirlpool customer service for two hours explaining problem with stove in addition to numerous periods on hold again!!

I am trying to purchase an electronic range in Lowe's. I have been trying to contact customer service to see the electrical requirements are for the range. I have be trying to talk to someone in customer service for over an hour. If this is how long it takes to get information on your product to purchase I hate to see how long it takes if I have a problem with the product.. I think I am making a mistake buying you products

Waited 90 minutes for call back. She authored Alliance Appliance in Lakewood NJ to comebetween 9-12 the next to see what parts I needed. I told Rep that in a previous call to Alliance they requested that I ask Rep for a fax with authorization number. When I explained this to rep, response we only do this electronically. No fax. I called Alliance to verify contact with Whirlpool and she did have electronic transmission without authorization number. Alliance will not facilitate this issue with a phone call so I now will call Whirlpool back again and wait another 2 hours to hear back from then. Why is it these reps will not listen when you offer information about what happens atService centers? Why won't an authorized service center who gets paid by Whirlpool make one phone call for a customer? Judy asking.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No weekend CSR. No emergency numbers when the refrigerator still under warranty quits on a weekend. Spoiled food. Totally unacceptable.

Then the phone service puts you into an endless loop with "order of call" wait, instead of advising to call an emergency number which apparently doesn't exist.

I just bought a Whirlpool Dishwasher. Problem is that it won't dry the dishes.
They advise using a wetting agent which is marked " harmful if swallowed" which tells
me "poison". I called customer service and they hung up on me. I feel sorry
for the people that have to work for this company. I do not advise buying anything from Whirlpool.

whirlpool is a terrible product i will never buy them again i bought speed queen and am very happy. i wish they made other items as well. worst appliance ever. and corporate only seems to never have and answer. time for all of us to wake up.

This stinks. I can find no numbers to call it I have an issue beyond the m-f standard hours. As has been my experience in the past, Whirpool is REally not interested in actual customer service, only the appearance of customer service. Thanks again for nothing. Prices are good but you pay for it with poor after the sale service. Took 6 months and 100's of hours of me going back and forth with Lowes and Whirlpool to finally get 3rd has dishwasher refunded. Neither wants to take responsibility. Never again will I buy from ether one of them.

i purchased a microwave from lowe's in huntsville,al in july of 2014 model number WA1160J000AW/AA and on feb, 14th 2017 it blew up. Parts and labor would be over $200.00 to repair. I used it 2yrs and 6mos. Never by Whirlpool products. They are a piece Ray Latham, Scottsboro, al.

My Whirlpool Microwave over the range microwave does not heat AT ALL It is 15 months old I thought I was buying from the best corporation. Have bought Whirlpool products my entire life and had microwaves last longer than I used them...always replaced with another before it stopped working This is so unbelievable! I have researched this issue and and seems that this is common Boy did I get taken!

i wanted to buy tow replacement parts for my older freezer, even whirlpools company they use to sell their parts aren't owned by whirlpool. i had tried to get the parts everywhere and was told they had to be special ordered and would take months to get. I hope to contact whirlpool to see if they could help me get the parts faster, but they don't care about their customers and when the guy on the phone told me he would register my complaint, i asked if i would be contacted. he said no. What kid of crappy service is this?? Sub Par!!!!!!!!!

I bought a whirlpool washer Model on 11-16-14, the pump is making horrid noises when the tub empties! I know things don't last like they used to, but only 2 years is ridiculous. I have to buy a new washer, but it will never be a Whirlpool and I have always used this brand, not anymore!!!!
