I'm highly upset, I purchased a ONA tv from store #1320 in Seymour/Knoxville less than 90 days ago. The speaker in it went bad and your store wouldn't give me an exchange or my $ back. I spend hundreds of dollars a week im your store. It's pathetic that a store of your caliber couldn't provide customer service on return.

Never, and I mean never, purchase any online product from Walmart. It is an unprofessional company ignoring customer service. I purchased two toys and decided to return them. I emailed the seller in China but did not receive a reply. I emailed Walmart and the answer was, email the seller. I called Walmart and after 91 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. Trying to use the website was extremely frustrating as well. Use your money wisely and find other places to buy products!

According to all questions asked regarding returns you receive the same answer - NONE -I will not continue to purchase from Walmart. NO ONE there has any idea when clothing returns can be completed. I know completing this review is a waste of time, but it is only the first venting.

I've been very unhappy with the self checkout and not enough cashiers. for over a year. I've voiced my concerns with the store mgrs several times. So I've started shopping elsewhere. I was still coming in for some items, but will now stop shopping at Walmart . Why? Because Walmart has decided to stop selling certain types of ammunition and wants to try and tell me I can't carry a gun into their stores. I have the right to carry wherever I go and that means Walmart. I'm hoping millions of other Americans feel like I do . I hope Walmart looses billions of dollars for such a stupid decision.

I am 66 years old with a bad hip. Always hurts. Went to store in Kingsland Georgia. Bought something from the Auto parts. Went to auto check out and they don't open till 10 am. Had to walk to middle of the store to check out. You are open 24/7. Old people should be able to use easy check out at both ends of the store. East side is always open. Why not the west side? Very inconsiderate of the elderly.

I live in evergreen al. I need a set of tires. I tried to contact the brewton al store and the andalusia al store several times. I tried the tire and auto number as well as the regular store numbers. No answer. Is walmarts business so good that they dont care if they sell me a set of tires?

Good morning. I've had 2 bad experiences with 2 returns. I purchased a can of spray paint that was not the color of the cap. I tried to return it but was told it was a "Marketplace" item and they could not accept it. The woman was very kind to return it for me. The company only credited $5.11 and not the full amount $15.11. I'm sure you no I am not happy about this. The 2nd return was again from "Marketplace" and nonreturnable to the store. This woman did not offer to return it for me. I'm not happy about paying the return shipping postage since the item is faulty. I hope you can assist me with this problem. I Used Above To Cook Burgers. After Cooking And Attempt At Eating Same Was Greeted With Bone Like Particles In Beef? I Felt A Cracking Sound And Noticed That A Bone Fragment Has Caused My Tooth(teeth) To Fracture.
I Am Angered And Annoyed And Decided To Write To You.
Have The Walmart Location Call Me As I Wish To Make Up A Consumer Damage Report To Submit To Your Insurance Company.
I Am In Pain Every Time I Go To Eat Now And Will Have To Contact A Physician To Rectify Caused Damage.

I went to order a phone online for cyber monday it had the phone on sale online buy when I went to purchase it it wouldn't add to my cart.finally after a hour of trying to get it to add to my cart I was able to get ahold of customer service ,gave him the information about the phone so he could find it I even sent screenshots of the phone with the price to customer service and after all of it they told me that was the incorrect price on there that it was actually 100 dollars more and it is would like to purchase it for that price it was fine but she wasn't going to give me the price it had advertised on it.she was just extremely rude about the whole situation and it seems that if that is the price it shows on there that's what I should get it for. I think they did it on purpose to get more people on for cyber monday. I'm done with walmart. Don't want to sell the items for what they have priced and the 2 people that I have talked to in customer have both been just extremely rude. From now on I'll do whatever it takes to avoid these crooks
