I've been having problems with my Visa card through Synchrony Bank. I ordered a prescription over the phone, as I do every 3 months, but my authorization was denied. Just like it was 3 months before that and 3 months before that and 3 months before that. Each time I call, I'm assured that it won't happen again. The prescriptions that I order are EXTREMELY vital!!!! A supervisor there says it's in their detection system and they can't do anything about it except register my dissatisfaction. Which is an understatement. I'm a Visa shareholder. I'm not happy. Perhaps you could inform them that a multi billion dollar company should have the capability to resolve this. They are a poor representative of the Visa brand.�

no* customer service what so ever!*5* calls and all reps were **not**in the u.s. and were rude**, and ignorant to the point of reading probably from a script! most annoying they did not have the least**idea of what the issue was or what to tell you other than **repeating their so-called script over and over! we have several accounts with visa and if knowing the poor service**and overseas***reps* never****have a visa anything**! visa* gift cards suck**and absolute no help there if an issue!****visa ruined**our thanksgiving as gift card purchased, a return * and money back**to the card--visa never applied the money back! 5 days and still no********refund to the card!*even was given a authorization code**for money they refunded and reps**had no idea as to what was the code! no wonder our u.s. has gone to hell as outsourcing***out to ignorant***reps from other countries!

I lost US$ 800 , inside a ATM machine located inside a Chase Bank Branch.

The bank manager explained that she has nothing to do about. My bank Debited the 8 hundred dollars on my account, and left me without money to pass the night. Now 24 hours passed, I'am here with a International VISA electron card that can't be used as the card already take all my money. What to do?

I watch four to five NFL games each week and I am appalled that the NFL is allowing our flag, country and police to be disrespected. This is certainly a "Code of Conduct" violation and the players that take part in it should be suspended. Free speech would be the player(s) going off the teams property and calling a new conference to voice their complaint NOT showing the disrespect that they are currently doing.



I will not be watching any games that include these players. That now includes the 49'ers, the Dolphins and the Broncos. I will add to this list if there is further action taken by players from different teams and I will continue my boycott until the league takes disciplinary action. I will also not be making a purchase of Miami Dolphins merchandise that we give to our son each year for Christmas.



I wanted to copy the NFL league offices but they don't seems to have an email available to the public, please feel free to pass this on. I will also notify the major sponsors.

Will ANYONE in corporate office contact me. It has now been more than ONE MONTH that I have been trying to talk to SOMEONE about a $40.00 gift card. Mr Sillin is not even acknowledging my emails. What KIND of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

I have been ripped off by fake merchants on facebook and google who stole my pin online when i made a valid purchase in January 2016.
Visa failed to notice the regularity of the fake transactions.
My complaints i hear are under review and that i might be informed that i compromised my details.
The only compromise would be that i trusted VISA to protect and verify my transactions.
Please protect cardholders from online fraudsters.

I just took a survey at 930 pm in Michigan and misunderstood the prompt. I wanted to rate the gentleman a 10 (extremely wonderful) but then realized it only went up to 9. I hope it didn't register as a 1! This man was extraordinary and so helpful and friendly. He made my night! Especially after having my computer hacked and items stolen from me....he managed to put a smile on my face. He was great! I'm sorry if I accidentally rated it wrong!I would hope that you could e mail or call me to rectify my review?!

Terrible! I am trying to talk to a real person regarding a charge on my last bill that should not have been there. I filled out a "charge back " form and have heard nothing. It would be nice to call and get personal help. The charge was on my last bill for $104.94 Amazon Membership amzn/com/prme NV. I did not authorize this because I seldom use Amazon. Please help! It took quite awhile to locate a number to call concerning Visa Checkout. I was helped by a very nice gentleman who understood and resolved my problem immediately. I am very grateful.

there is an identity scam were people are hacking into phone calls like to ssi pretending to be them in order to get your credit card number and s.s. number they are u.s.a.benefites the number is1 ididnt know where else to put thisinfo

I got green dot gift card from my friend
Trying to register my card, they ask me to give them SSN I'm uncomfortable about that, without talking with pardon
I called visa and asked help
She just forwarded to me same green dot registration 1-866 numbers...
Basically she didn't help me at all...
I'm highly upset about visa gift card
This is my second time had problem with your gift cards...

Few months ago I bought my friend b-day gif card from grocery store and it was fake card and took me few months to revived REAL card!
Please help me!!!

I would like to offer my appreciation for the wonderful assistance I received from your agent, Katie Wilson. She was extremely helpful and professional. I contacted Visa Customer Service to confirm a transaction on my account, and when I wanted to dispute the charges, Ms Wilson went above and beyond my expectations. She contacted the company that I wanted to decline and remained on the line until I was satisfied. Greetings: I needed to be issued a PIN number and managed to survive phone tree interrogation and a transfer to my credit union. Mission accomplished. Marbled through my general sense of pleasure and satisfaction is the grim awareness that Visa has contracted for THE worst elevator/on-hold instrumentals in poorly-recorded history. Really: the stuff was downright painful. I'm actually happy that all I can hear now is the ringing in my ears from having worked without ear protection with too many power tools early in my career as a carpenter. I purchased a Visa gift card in March for which I attempted to use in June. It did not work. I had registered the card so I called Visa to see why not. Turns out someone at VISA told me that there appeared to be fraudulent charges on it so they had to shut it off. After which she told me that since I didnt keep the receipt that I could just fax a copy front/back of the card, along with my contact info and where I purchased it and they would send me another. After waiting over a month with no response, I called to find out where my replacement card was only to be told that I would not be getting one because I did not have a receipt. I asked to speak to a superior who told me that she would look into it and contact me in 24-48 hours. After that time passed I again heard nothing from Visa. This is the worse type of customer service on so many levels. 1) to promise follow-up contact and then not give it. 2) to promise certain actions to pacify the caller with no intention of acting on them. 3) to stop a card because of assumed fraudulent activity and not be able to say what the activity was. I dont know if this is some undercover scam of Visa's to get money from cardholders or what. But I think stopping a card because of assumed fraudulent activity and then not being able to identify the activity is a great way to rack up dollars from poor souls such as myself who neglect to keep the receipts. If my card had been lost I would understand and take the responsibility. But for you to stop my card and then tell me I cant have another is suspect and dishonest. I'm sure there are many people such as myself who neglect to hold onto their receipts and so this process is money in the bank for Visa. If this is your practice I cant imagine it not being illegal and I will be looking into it further via social media, to see if others have been taken this way. You have also lost my business which I'm sure you will make up for with no problem via other hijacked cards. I do not expect to get a response as I know now that your policy is to ignore your customers whenever there is an issue.

This phone number helped me so much. The customer service number on the back of my card was entirely useless. No help what so ever. I desperately needed a real person to talk to. Thank you. Why is this number not printed on the back of the card for customer service? Automation doesn't work for all things!!!!!

Visa customer service is not available for the deaf. It is totally ignorant to leave out a way to communicate problems to them if the only contact is by phone!!! Add an email address for a large number of your customers.

I am using state bank visa card and facing problem while transacting. when i perform transaction it asks OTP, and leaves a message that YOUR MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED WITH YOUR CARD. KINDLY CONTACT YOUR HOME BRANCH. Although my number number is registered every where in BANK. kindly revert back and sort out my problem.

Called the number listed here. Merchant trying to get another number to call for approval. Our regular number has been down for 4 hours today or longer. Unable to give me a contact number to call. This office can not give approval numbers.

I was so disappointed that visa Philippines charge me back with all the documents submitted to them. Correct me if I am wrong that any money visa collected from your visa card members as payment for the merchant will never never belong to visa----it is the merchant money not to visa card. Anyway whom I can turn to for help regarding chargeback in these corrupt Philippine country.

My VISA card was compromised. This person of Indian descent contacted me regarding a delinquent loan of $350 needs to be paid immediately or the police will be contacted and other "terrible" things will happen.

She said she represented Baker and Mckenzie(a huge law firm thru out the world.

She gave me her tel. no. which happened to be Pa no.

This law firm doesn't have a law firm in Pa.

The tel. no. she gave was

Please assist me.

She also provided me with all of my VISA card info.

Your early response will be appreciated.

after an hour trying to report my card lost, I was finally told to contact my bank the next day... after the weekend... because I didn't have the card number... it was lost. By then my account was pretty much cleaned out. My bank told me I was responsible since I waited to report the card lost, if I had reported it lost immediately I wouldn't have been. The banks number to report the card lost was experiencing technical difficulties that weekend. Great service.

Visa I'm very disappointed. Serving in the marines and being overseas I don't have time to deal with ur horrible service and continual transferes and no one answering. I need to b able to use my card. All I needed was to report a lost/stolen card and u tell me to call my institution? Really well why u false advertising that u deal with that and I got to call my bank?? Call my bank and they tell me to call u. And call u(visa) back and u have no record of me calling or claim. Trust me I'm done doing buisness with u.

I just wanted to let you know that as a consumer, I will never purchase any gift card that has your name on it. You are ripping customers off. Charging a monthly administrative fee for not being used is not right. It is stealing money that was already paid. It should not make any difference whether or not a card is used. You made money on the purchase of the card and then because it is not being used, you take them money back. I received a visa gift card from a hospital employee for an inconvenience, when I went to use it, there was only .25 on the card. The expiration date was 8/17. In good faith he was being kind, your company it not. I will never apply for a Visa card or purchase a gift card because of these fees, there are other companies that offer gift cards and I will be happy to use them.
