We were charged more and was told they added a bonus on to our account without us approving it. I asked to take it off because we didn't want it or agreed to getting it and refund that back to us and the surpervisor was so rude and wouldn't do anything for us. So we cancelled our service. He didn't care about loosing a customer when it could've been easily fixed.
