I signed up for a trial and attempted to cancel five minutes later, and that's when it came to my attention that there is no place on stamps.com website to cancel, no information except a phone number that doesn't get answered, so I sent a message to Stamps.com via their website and made it clear that I wished to cancel and that they are not authorized to charge my credit card, I was very clear about this. I received notice today that my "order" has been shipped, apparently they didn't get my memo. This was in the past week, but I am certain I will get billed for a subscription, via my "free" trial, it is nearly impossible to reach them.

I can't remember how I was lured into Stamps.com but it was several months ago --at least. At first it sounded interesting but as I read along I came an application so I started to fill it out -- even the credit card information thinking I could delete the information as needed. I was wrong -- I tried many ways to delete the info but could not. As I read on the description seem ridiculous and for a small business. Furthermore, it seemed foolish for the USPS to involve itself in such a crackpot idea.
I did not send the application in -- How it went in is a mystery.
Trying to contact Stamps.com is impossible. Using telephone numbers is a waste of time. Email is almost as bad, filling out the contact menu and explaining the problem tiresome but then you are ask to "send or continue etc" and it freezes. You are left infuriated for wasting your time.

All I want is to cancel my connection with Stamps.com and have them stop billing me for monthly charges.

I cancelled this service in FEbruary of 2020 and you continue to take the monthly fee out of my account. I was instructed to expect the fee to be removed the following month, but you have continued to take the fee out. Please stop doing this. I do not want your service and called to have it cancelled and was assured that it was.

I see you have a lot of complaints from potential customers that you have lost.
As for myself, I quit you a long time ago, but I still can't get your software out of my computer. I hope your company fails. You no longer serve a purpose. I hate your company because you did not remove your softyware from my computer. -
