Good morning,my phone number.I've been having a hard time retrieving my new 250 minutes for the month of April.I listen to the instructions but I still can not receive those minutes.Will you please install those minutes for me.The phone is a LG TRACFONE. I would like to have the new safelink flip phone.Will you PLEASE help me with this phone because all of my contacts or on this phone number.Thanks,Deborah Tyndall

I received my phone but I'm receiving someone else's text. When I call my number the caller ID shows up as someone else. How do I change this? Also I read that a new customer receives 500 free extra minutes for the first three months. Can't I receive those? I'm losing texts because someone is texting the previous owner of my phone. I hope you can fix this soon. Whoever is texting my number is using profanity which I detest. Sincerly Judy Hess.

My phone has a SIM Blocked message on it preventing me from using the phone. I have tried to contact Safelink only to get an automated voice. Customer service is extremely poor.

Very very poor signal all of a sudden making it hard to make any phone calls, It was fine when I first got the phone, but here recently the signal has been very poor. I got a job thats going to call me on my once reliable phone but its no longer reliable cause of the poor signal. -_- this happened with another phone I had with this company so it seems something they are doing, not me.

I dont thinktit's fair that you cant have your mins. Transfered to your phone if its lost. Most people save up there mins. So that the phone will be beneficial to them to be able to use. 150 mins goes fast and its a shame that the government pays for you to have a phone thats just it! To have a phone to carry, and not able to use I feel the givernment needs to check into safelink to see if the employees are taking our mins. They cant transfer!!!!!!
