For the second day in a row from two different numbers, someone who won't give their name, and whose numbers are with this company has sent me harassing texts implying they have nude pictures of me. I can say for certain that I have never sent a nude picture of myself to anyone, and I'm not scared, but I am getting angry that I keep getting woke up for this crap.

Last night I changed my phone from I5 phone to I7. I have been with you company for over 20 years. Last night when the Verizon people tried to load my email on to the new phone it ask for questions that I set up using over 20 years ago, hence I could not remember all the answers. We tried to call your customer service and 1 person said we had to pay to get access another stated that they could only send it to me by snail mail. I have have been with your company for way to long to be treated like this. My phone and Internet is also with you company. Do I need to change companies so I can get better service. As it is right now I can not get my emails on my new phone.
I opened my sbc global email free years ago and then I became a AT&T customer later. AT&T have suspended my internet service and locked my sbc global.net service with it. That is illegal. Your customer with the phone number is making threatening scam phone calls. A recording of a male voice states my social security number and says that they are going to get in touch with my employer to file a garnishment against my wages and that I should call them. There are many complaints online about receiving this exact threatening call. Stop your customer from make these calls. I am going to file a complaint with the Federal Government.

My Facebook account was accessed without authorization by someone that added a phone number to my account. When I did a reverse phone lookup on the internet, the number was listed under SBC Internet Services in Douglasville GA. After getting no answer when I called the number I searched the business name and was directed to this page. The customer service number listed took me to AT & T.
My website is down as well, and we are loosing business as a result. We are a small company, and we can't even host our website through a different hosting company because they have our URL, and we can't get it back without talking to someone there apparently. Needless to say I will never use any Comcast product ever again. They can go to (insert profanity here) for all I care.
What the hell is the MATTER wth ATT and SBCglobal? ATT has been my Internet provider for more than 5 years and I've had a package deal with them for more than a year after I decided to get TV and phone service too. Then, about a week ago, I stopped getting email at my SBCglobal email address. I sent myself some email from my Yahoo email address and received a response notice that my SBCglobal account had been either closed or suspended. So I called ATT and neither the person I spoke to initially, nor her supervisor could find a way to help me. So, even though my bill had been paid, I now apparently have lost all my stored email at SBCglobal. And from what I can see, quite a few other ATT customers are having this same problem. I will never do business with this company again.
