I am trying to register my new air conditioning unit but the form will not accept my numbers.
I have tried to get someone on the phone but none of the numbers I found are working.

3 1/2 years ago I hade a water heater replaced that was 12 years old with a brand new Rheem. Yesterday, I had to again replace the Rheem due to the Water Tank Failure. While it was still covered under a limited warranty, the Partnership the have with The Home Depot is a joke. Warranty clearly states that if a tank failure occurs, a replacement will be provided. Bah! The only give you a percentage of credit towards the purchase of a new unit, which ended up costing me $513 additional. The Warranty does not mention anything about having to co-pay a new unit.
Home Depot just sticks to "That's what Rheem tells us to do, so they cannot help". I suggest partering with a better company that stands behind there products. After reading all of these messages, I now realize I am screwed once again as I replaced a Rheem with another because thats all Home Depot had that would work.
Stay away and pray for me that this lasts longer than 3+ years again.

Purchase a Rheem Professional hot water heater in hopes of taking a warm shower. After installation igniter failed to work. Contacted customer support for assistance and tech support after several failed attempts the tech support person informed me he would send a tech of course I waited and returned a call to customer support who then informed me that I would not see the tech until Monday along with a new part. Monday rolls around and no tech or part. I contacted the support team and was informed the part had not been shipped due to the weekend. Therefore, I should have the part no later than Tuesday. No that Tuesday has passed I am hotter than hell, and no one has contacted me on the status. This is totally unsatisfactory. When you purchase a new product it is expected to work as designed. I will return this product to home depot tomorrow so you can deal with problem.
