Quicken Customer Service is an Oxymoron......it doesn't exist.

Nor will my renewal of this product when it comes due..............I am sure that they'll not have any problem trying to reach me then to renew, but it isn't going to happen.

I am going to research an application that stands behind its product.

Any thoughts?

Still Very Difficult And Confusing Trying To Reach A Quicken Support Person. It Took Forever Just To Try To Locate The Right Site For Chat Support.

It's Almost As If Intui Is Deliberately Designing Its Online Support To Discourage Customers From Using It!!!

I've tried the phone number twice. Both times a recording told me to contact support on line and then humg up.

Spent all day on Quicken live chat answering the same questions over and over. It was obvious the person was handling multiple customers at the same time. I have always praised Quicken for their great service. No more. After this experience, I am looking for a replacement software with support.

This is absolute BS, customer service is or was the main reason I use QUICKEN, if your not going to support your customers, then quit selling your product.................I would like to return this 2015 Quicken for a refund and I will find a program that supports it products.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to purchase the 2015 Quicken dlx for windows program and, although I have an account, I am not able to sign in. When I am given a pin # to change my password, it doesn't work. This has happened with 6 different pin #'s tonight, not to mention the number of times on other occasions. All I want to do is to get the 2015 version. I have been using Quicken for over 10 years and have never had a problem, but this is too much. I just need to talk to a live person!!!

When a new product such as Qicken 2015 for i-Mac does not work, one should be able to speak to a live person for at least a 90 day period. The program is useless to me because I can not transfer a windows file to an Apple file even though the description says that it can accept 2010 or newer version files.

Are you kidding me ??? I spent 2 hours with customer support to resolve an issue that could have been resolved with a 5 minute phone call !!!

I am surprised that the personal service has been discontinued. I am experiencing a backup problem and I cannot locate assistance to resolve the problem. To have us try to resolve the problem with the group, is a good way to lose your subscriber base.

have spoken multiple times with Quicken and my bank and I am told my problem lies in my software. Some of my online payments are not being sent. Those that are sent are not registered with a check # when I send them. They do however go through. I cannot get out of my account because I am told I have transactions to be updated but there are no transactions. I can find no one to help me. I have tried to open a duplicate or new account and am told I cannot do so until I update transactions, and there are none. Help!

I would have to agree with all the comments left on this site, absolutely diabolical how this company is still attracting customers to a site that has obvious problems, I have been a Quicken customer since 1992 and have 2004 running on a computer that is not connected to the internet so that it cannot be tampered with yet still quicken were able to stop me getting in to the programe with a message that reads my Licence has expired !!!.I shall probably have to spend the next week or so trying get someone to help but I would dearly love to know of a better company.

Quicken for a while had a decent support system whereby they would call you back after responding to your email...no more and boy it is a bear for a person of reasonable computer knowledge to resolve issues. Chat support is for gear heads. I'd gladly pay for phone support. Wonder why a competitor has moved in on this opportunity?

I hate your customer service. I have spent now 6 hours trying to resolve issue including online chat for which they disconnected me as soon as they knew what the problem was. I need a refund on the program...I have no wish to buy from a company that cannot support their own products. I will be very surprised if intuit even reads this.

Your product is so terrible. I am shocked that no competitors have come to the marketplace to replace you. I can't think of anyone who is satisfied. I'm surprised you would give up tech support on this overly complicated, crappy program. You try to sell so much, but can't do a basic thing.

The reconcilliation feature in Quicken 2014 stinks. YOUR program has problems!!!!!! Why would you not want to help us with this.??? You have wasted so much of my time. Please don't refer me to some GD thread on your community forum.

I have been on with your customer support since Friday evening, with Rachael, and then on Saturday morning with Franklin and then on Saturday Afternoon with Brian, until they finally said that they would connect me with the supervisor Ryan who then opted for Sunday at 4:00 well it is now Sunday at 4:30 and I have not received a phone call or anything from Ryan. I have repeated myself each time for each one of your operators going over everything at least twice with all of them. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in your service or your operators who were working on at least three people at the same time. The connection time would run between five and six minutes each time they would go from listening to responding. I purchased a new quicken 2014 because I lost everything on my computer and I want you to know that I had used quicken for years when my husband had his business to personal.

I have been fighting with error CC-502 for Well Fargo downloads using Q-2014. I give up. I reloaded Q 2013 and am going through the process of updating the data from the time I installed it to this day. I am dumping 2014 and I really want my money back.

Have been using quicken since 1998 went quicken intuit 2014 also can't get a person to talk to would be willing to pay for service if I have too - very dissatisfied with quicken support now

I understand that there is a patch available to convert Quicken 2007 for Mac (Power PC) for use with an Intel Mac (OSX Lion or later). How do I find to order it? Can't get am answer from Intuit as they don't want to sell anything but Quicken Essentials 2014.

I guess you people do not what my business. I have been using Quicken for 15 years. I have a problem and want to talk to someone, not an e-mail. I got no answers from your community. I have 2014 and have bought new each upgrade, I use Quick books also. I want to talk to some one.. I want to down load credit card transaction. I have done this 100 times before. Now you require an Intuit password. It will not accept the password. I have changed the password four times and it will not accept it. I will get rid of quicken if I can not solve this problem. May be a simple fix for you but not for me.
