So, just for the record. Here's how Priceline handled my situation. My wife and I planned a trip to Italy months ago. I read a history of the Medici family and Inferno. 24 hours before, we booked our check-in. Wife was fine; mine said need to see more documents. My passport doesn't expire until June 10, 2023. I dont travel much internationally, thought I was fine. Not so, I couldn't go. I tried our Passport bureau that day, no way. Finally, have Congressional friend who was able to squeeze me in and get a new passport. Called the airlines. They told me to contact Priceline. Contacted Priceline, they told me to call the airlines. All I want it was to get to Italy and take that second round of the trip back home. No, they said I was a no-show, which I wasn't. I showed up; I knew nothing about the 3 to 6 months before Italy. My passport was not expired. And they said because I was a no-show the whole trip is null and void. It is April 5th; my wife is there by herself. I only wanted to get there and meet her and take the second half home. How can you charge me for me for all of this trip when I'm not a "no-show". We paid money for no services rendered. I want to go to Italy and take the other half home. I'm not paying for another round-trip; a lot of this is on you.

Customer service is awful. Would not make an exception,to a hotel reservation I made thru Priceline. I was a no show due to a soft water flooding of our basement. Offered to send them images with date/stamp to prove why I was not there. They SAID... IT IS A NO CANCEL POLICY. Which I get, but there is always an exception to ever situation-if they wanted to make it. THEY DID NOT WANT TOO! They offered a 15% discount on next hotel reservation, that was big of them NOT! No sensitive to the customer situation at all. I use Priceline often, but NEVER ANY MORE. There are certainly other services that will just great! Beware of PRICELINE.

Horrible. Automated and ignores request after 1st time and says thanks and good by. Need to put more money towards helping customers than dumb commercials.

This is terrible I need a live person to assist with navigation because the flight I've chosen will not give me the times of the flight just a range and I can't go forward. I keep getting voice responses this is the worst customer service and it is extremely frustrating.

Tried to change the date on my stay, was not able so Priceline lied of how easy it would be, now I'm stuck paying over $70.00 and have to book another day stay and pay more money for this trip. It is not worth it!!!! Very disappointed. Look at reviews before booking with these uncooperative people on priceline!

I overcharged different then what we agreed on . No live person to reach. Something didn't expect after I used price line all those years. I don't recommend price line again. Very desapointed

Saw a 10.00 a day deal on cars and when i searched priceline they lied and only show 37 dollars or more. Another bait and switch company

You have got to take that econo lodge off of your site
It is the absolutely worst motel in the usa. The downtown location. Makes me think I cant trust priceline

Sorry, I accidentally made a reservation in the wrong st Charles location (Missouri instead of illlinois) . Could you help me I have been a lon term customer. I contacted the hotel and they told me yo call u to reach the best western in Missouri.

Dear sir, I live in Dublin Ireland, I am going to Brussels on the 27th of October for 3 nights. I checked out your website and city centre in Brussels is called grand place, but you call it grand palace???? My question is, are they one and the same place?

The phone numbers are ONLY available if you already have a reservation and can enter in your res# or phone number tied to a reservation. Otherwise, you will NOT be able to reach a live person OR get anywhere past that prompt.

I have tried 6 different phone numbers and cannot get a live customer service person to talk to.To get information on questions to ask about renting a car. It's same recording or says not a working number. Only live person I got was in Manchester UK, and they gave me a number in New York,which was a recording.I don't want to give my email, just want to talk to a person & not a recording.

I need someone to cal me asap! A reservation was made at a hotel and when I arrived the hotel was completely booked!! My card has been charged and is now maxed out. I have been volunteering in houston all day and need a place to sleep. Please call me immediately!! Thank you I have tried for over an hour to reach someone by phone and keep getting disconnected.

Applied for a credit card for the $100 discount and could not use the credit card to book the trip. I have been trying to get in touch with a CSV agent and had no luck whatsoever. I am very disappointed with Priceline. I am going to cancel my credit card and start doing business with Orbitz. You are able to reach a agent immediately and my problem was resolved in less than 2 minutes. I finally got in touch with an agent and she kept apologizing, but couldn't help me. They have lost a customer.

Priceline used to be easy to use. At the moment I cannot recommend pricline any more because of their customer service customer to business customer service.

This phone number is a joke I put my phone number in and it loops back to my phone number. Useless customer service number as is the main customer service number. If I could give this phone number a zero star it would get a zero star.
