I just bought your toaster oven based on my sister's recommendation. I started a fire as I didn't notice the piece of cardboard tucked at the back of the oven. I would recommend that either you don't put it in or put a notice on the door when unpacking.

When I was 18 years old, I purchased one of your blenders for my mother. I think it cost me $18. It's base is avacado green.
That was 51 years ago! I am 69 now.
I am a health enthusiast. I went through Nutri Bullets. I was sold how cutting edge it is to extract the nutrients, blah, blah, blah. I drink most of of my breakfast, which are organice fruit and vegetables.
When my last Nutri bullet bit the dust, I dared to try my Osterizer Blender. I have used it almost everyday for the past two years. It does the same job! A GREAT JOB!
Somehow, I lost the top to that blender. I was sung saran wrap, until I thought Oster deserves foe me to buy a new blender, everb though I do not need one. So, I use my new top one the old "bottoM" motor and blade.
YOURS IS ONE GREAT PRODUCT!!!
Sincerely, Rudy A. M. Malizia

Dear Oster People:

This is more comments than questions. I got a blender for making smoothies. It was the oddest thing I've ever seen.

The first problem was I couldn't pour anything from the top. It was sealed. I had to turn it upside down to put liquids in it. Then attach blades to it. Then turn it right side up, put it on the base and turn it on. Then I took it off, turned it upside down again, removed the blades and then poured the liquids. Who designed this? Were they sober when they did it?

I took that bizarre device back to the store. I got another one where at least you could pour from the top like you normally do. But I had to attach the blades to it and put it on the base. As I poured the liquid in the container, it went down through the container and created a mess on the counter, on the floor and everywhere else.

I'm about 70 years old and I have never seen blenders like this. Tell this to those overpaid idiots who would have trouble designing a sandbox. A blender has only two parts, three if you count the lid. There is the base that has the motor on the inside and the buttons on the outside. Then you have the container which holds the liquids. Also attached are the blades and a base that goes with it. This is all one piece. You put the container on the base, secure it and then turn it on.

You do not assemble anything. You do not turn it upside down. You do not have anything leaking. Oster used to be a good company but if all you can do is come up with Rube Goldberg contraptions, maybe you should seek another line of work.

I can't send a picture because I took the upside down blender back and I have no clue how to send a picture with an email. The second one was a Duralast All Metal Drive Blender.

Remember these three words; simplicity is everything. The less parts you have means the less problems you have. I still have my mother's food processor-which still works! And no, it's not an Oster brand.

A newer way is not always a better way. These weird blenders of yours are certainly proof of that. Go back to what you did 40-50 years ago. It was simple, it was easy and best of all; it worked. Try it sometime.

Confused and upset,

I bought 14 piece set of oster stainless knive set. It is the crappiest and softest knives I have ever used. Never in my life have I bought a knife set that I had to sharpen right out of the box. Also when I tried to sharpen with their sharpener it kept denying a chipping the knife. Pathetic. I am not happy at all
