I bought file cabinet it fell apart. Trying too get it resolved. It's like talking too a parrot,They take your money and give you junk,told me to call the wananty department,which is a joke,I feel this is a form of stealing from client,and they should be out of business,If they don't start taking care of people complaints,it's a matter if time they will be out of business, stealing from the hadicapp.

They promised me over the phone I could get store credit for my magellan realspace desk hutch which is so cheap a piece of tape peeled off the surface. When I arrived, they pretended like that manager I spoke to didn't exist and refused the return. After trying to escalate the matter, they replaced my hutch with the same cheap junk. I only wanted store credit. What a bunch of liars and rip off artists. I will never shop there again and neither should you. Let the buyer beware.

They will not exchange wrong printer ink purchased because I did not have a receipt. Without a receipt I could only exchange them for the same type? Huh? How does this even make sense? They sent me on a wild goose chase to hunt down my receipt and had to wait days for it to never come. Had to call again and make a second request. Still waiting!! What retailer requires a receipt in todays technological day? I will NEVER do business with them again! So long.. after 20 plus years!

I am writing about our delivery man, Willie Barefield, he delivers to our office in Overland Park, Kansas. Since the first day he started delivering to us it's been such a wonderful experience. I have worked for Allstate Insurance for 37 years and I order all the supplies for the past couple years and he is such a pleasure to work with. Always helpful, has a smile and willing to do anything to make us happy. Please pass this on to the appropriate person or persons because he deserves to be complimented and is an asset also. Bein an avid OD shopper, I found this to be atypical of my shopping experience there.

Wanting to have scans mare of my prescriptions, I went to the counter where I was met by Jason. He had other customers so we waited patiently.

Once freed he came to the counter and I have him my request. He demenor was already curt and unfriendly To begin with. To the point of being downright rude.

With every question he became noticably exasperated and less attentive. I felt I was interupting him with my purchase.

Another Office Depot sales associate stopped Jason to ask him a question. He replied to him in the most disrespectful manner 'go away from here!'

How unbelievably unprofessional and shocking! No one should ever be spoken to in that manner AND in front of customers.

This sad unhappy man, I later found out, is a supervisor! Imagine that this is the man you hired to train your staff and represent your company to the public.

Is this part of your company culture?

How sad for you as a company to have this sort of antisocial, angry maniac as an Office Depot icon for the public.

I used my charge to buy a laser printer the salesperson said it was wireless,. gave as a gift.,it was not.. when I went to return still in the box I had lost the receipt,but on the my charge told I could not even have a store credit to purchase towards the one I wanted ... I am stuck with the printer even the grandchildren don't want, BUT YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.,iIF>>>>the salesman have told .me it had a cord to the computer I would of not brought it ..

OD Sucks!!! I used to enjoy shopping there but recently had an employee STEAL my gift card $!!! Can you believe that! Their customer service is a joke, I've been on the phone the last hour w/ 4 or 5 idiots who keep transferring me. Will NEVER shop at OD again!!!

I went in to a store location and the service was horrible. I have been trying to get them to fix a computer I purchased from them and they kept coming up with excuses not to fix it. When they finally decided to fix it, they would not fix it under the purchased warranty and required I pay extra money to have it fixed. I went back into the store after spending the money to have it fixed because the problem continued. The manager would not listen to my questions and was very rude. After I walked away the manager begin to talk negatively about me to another customer in the store. It was very disrespectful.

The service sucks. I am waiting a week for a computer to be delivered. I got three phonecalls from Office Depot yesterday confirming today's delivery which was supposed to be last Tuesday and guess what no delivery today after waiting home all day. Great service!!!!!!

I have been a customer with Office Depot for years living in Shreveport,Louisiana. I have reported this problem a number of times to management at the 70th street location..Eastgate shopping center.Purchased HP printer..Keep returning and getting counterfiet Hp ink cartridges.This was reported 3 months ago to this location with manager and staff..Give me a replacement and still coming up on my computer..counterfeit cartridges..Therefore,I do not get my rewards your company says I can receive..THEY are counterfeit..No one seems to care about this problem at the 70th street location. I am very disappointed!!I want my money back and will shop elsewhere..Beware everyone!!

dear I worked in samsung offic at syria damascus I has been loved samsung mobile more than tow years I had very devloper steps in my market
we worked as usaall in defcult circomstances
but we have high market shar in mobile market and we always push in
suddnly offic in jordan says stop work in 20 of this month without any thing before just stop and go home and take 20 days salary
is this back treatment for our forces and it's right i am shoked
samsung the big company i am proud of it
no it's big shoked
we are foue guys our salary is not more 1200$ right now cause dollar is high and we take our salary in syrian pounds is this number to high for samsung

I have been a customer in good standing for years and recently have purchased 2 different fax machines which ended up not working properly in a very short time. I purchased protection with both and when I brought in the second machine before the protection plan was up, I had the receipts and protection plan pamphlet which had been stapled together and given to me by the employee who exchanged the fax machine for a new one. This is the only paperwork given to me and I save ALL receipts. This last machine chewed up the faxes that were being sent. The manager in the store took my receipts and claimed (quite rudely) they didn't match the machine I brought back. Evidently the receipt listed the previous machine that hadn't worked but failed to list the new one they gave me. The Manage of the store was rude, nasty and would not listen to anything I had to say. He simply kept repeating over and over the receipt doesn't match. I now have paid for the machine and the protection and can't get any satisfaction on an exchange. I will never buy at Office Depot again.

My family and I went to the Coastal Way Shopping Center store (Brooksville) this AM. A young gentleman by the name of Lance waited on us. He was very professional, knowledgable and explained the options and questions we asked.
He made our visit there very pleasant and we will be making a purchase there soon.

This store, I know is known for their excellent customer service and we do purchase our office neeeds from them.

I have complained for years at the local store level and at the national level about this issue. My complaint involves cashiers filling out Reward applications for customers while those of us in line wait. This is an unnecessary delay for other shoppers

Office Depot is one of the worst stores i have ever had to deal with. I purchased a laptop there less than a year ago and it has been broken for months now. The reason it is still broken is because Office Depot refuses to honor my warranty or even talk to me about it. When I first called to ask about the terms of the warranty the manager on the phone said she didn't know and that I should "deal with it myself". After trying for weeks to get a new copy of my reciept for warranty purposes the "reciept retrieval team" said they couldn't find it although i provided them with a credit card number, transaction number and purchase date. So thanks to Office Depot I will have to pay an outside company hundreds of dollars to fix my laptop when I should be able to have it fixed under warranty.

I will never buy from Online Office Depot again. I got ripped off and I can't seem to get a resolution since Office Depot has shipped their jobs overseas and turned their backs on Americans. Customer service isn't here either. They said they were in the Philippines but it sounded like India. I think customer service is the same as Spirit Airlines. I ordered business cards and matching stationary. The business cards were okay but very poor cheap China like quality but the matching stationary was blank paper and very poor quality. I can't get seem to get the fools to understand this either and they talk of taking forever to get me my money back or resolving the situation. Learned my lesson, buy American only if you want high quality and can see the product. Office Depot has turned its back on Americans like so many companies have lately.

I will never shop at office depot again. I bought a stamp from the print counter, the manger Kathy ordered the wrong one. I needed it for notary and she ordered a stamp that was 4" round instead of the needed 1.5" stamp. It took more than 6 weeks for me to get it, instead of the 10 days they promised. I called the store and spoke to Kathy 3 times and she gave me a runaround each time. When I called a fourth and final time, one of the girls called and and I had it in my hand in less than a week. I was even even given a courtesy call by her when it came in. When I saw that it was too big I told the girl with the long hair and she walked over to the store manager to try and fix the other manager Kathys mistake and he told her to tell that if I wanted another stamp I would have to pay for another stamp. Other than the girl with the long hair no one would even come over to apologize to me about THEIR mistake. I will never shop or even step foot into an office depot again!

Its the only store I'll never shop at again. My mom had told me that they treated her horribly. I went in there to return a printer that I purchased new because it didnt work out of the box. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN IT. I HAD A RECIEPT. I HAD EVERYTHING IT CAME WITH, INCLUDING THE BOX.

Last night , after driving several hundred miles to our second home we could not make our laptop operate . We took it to the Office Depot near our home in Upland Ca @1937 N Campus Blvd . The desk clerk called for assistance and Ivan Marrufo promptly helped us with our ( senior) problem . He explained what we needed and we were out in 5 minutes . Thank you for hiring people like him . Also , Thanks for supporting NASCAR racing and Tony Stewart .

Very impressed with Kelly, manager in Wethersfield, CT. I attempted a pricematch on an already discounted weekly special. I'm pretty sure that I had a valid point, but I couldn't bring myself to argue with this guy. Too nice, genuine, and helpful. He was patient with me while I cited OD's pricematch policies to him. We ended up talking about technology and slickdeals.com for 15 minutes. Even though I didn't get my discount, I had an extremely positive experience. I will gladly drive a little farther to shop in Kelly's store. A+++

they list a lateral file cabinet in exactly the size we need, so I submitted paperwork for our tax exemption. No one let me know that we had been approved. I tried to order the cabinet on-line. Ran into trouble. Used live chat, but kept getting disconnected when I tried to follow their advice. Six representatives and two days later, I bagged the whole thing. The second to last Rep supposedly re-set our password, but the one she gave me doesn't meet criteria, so I got nowhere.
Hours wasted! Previous reviewers are probably right. Customer service must be in Mumbai.
