I purchased a Nikon Z50 and can't upload my raw photos without the Nikon software that interfere with my use of Lightroom.Your support can't help me at all. Not photographers and not familiar with the Z50 and not aware of pitfalls of the software.
Useless in support for me.

nikon is losing customers and falling behind. I remember when Nikon was god. for decades i have been a loyal nikon enthusiast. For the 4th time my camera is back to repairs. I did not complain the first 3 times but now I have to. I have hundreds of out of focus images from my last 2 weddings and nikon basically will do nothing. there is an inherent flaw in this camera. they havent fixed it the first 3 times and i had to pay for 2 & 3. who in their right mind would use this camera with its history. nikon wont help or accept their is a problem. 4 times in repair. They will not even give me names of corporate to speak to about this problem. If I have to i will even mail japan. this is so wrong of nikon. If I did not own so many cameras and lenses I would change brands

Last November 2015 I purchased your Nikon Coolpix L840 Digital camera, in February 2016 had many problem issues, was repaired by your warranty department, sent a second time for the same warranty repair issues July 2016, now again August 2016 in repair for the third time for the same problems back in February, don't you think this camera has a serious manufacture defect & should be replaced, come on three repairs in seven months for the same problem. I purchased your Nikon camera assuming that your name brand was one of the top of the line not so in my case, this camera is a piece of crap , and after the second repair should have been replaced with a new one, so I will look else where for another digital camera, differently not Nikon, very disappointed with your camera. Just terrible

I am a Wildlife / Nature photographer. I recently brought your Nikon Coolpix L840 after having a Nikon P90. The Coolpix L840 is the worst camera I have ever used. First of all why doesn't have a viewfinder. I never thought I would have to check the specs for a viewfinder but I was mistaken. Second when you take a picture you do not get what you photograph the picture actually moves in the frame. Third after this experience I will never buy another Nikon again. I am so disgusted with this camera that I do not want it anymore. I feel like throwing it away as right now it does not meet my needs. I paid over $250.00 plus for this and I would have been better off with a disposal digital camera . I am a Wildlife / Nature photographer. You can not take pictures of birds or any animal that moves. I would like you to exchange this for a camera with a view finder. I brought it off of amazon but it is still your product. I would like some sort of compensation for this camera. I would like an answer as soon as possible. Thank you

Dear Nikon representative,

I have been a faithful user of your rifle scopes for about 20 years I've never had an issue with one ever until the scope I just sent you. Now you sent me back someone else's scope damaged as you observe the abusive ring indentations in the scope from someone else. What type of an operation are you running? I sent you my brand new out of the box scope to be repaired and you sent me someone elses damaged reworked POS. Regardless of this works or not this is not the brand new rifle scope I sent you and is 100% unacceptable I expect to get the brand new scope that I sent to you or a brand new replacement scope sent to me. I am NOT paying to send this back to you either. I paid for one to send to you first. Totally unacceptable I expect a phone call by c.o.b tomorrow.

I have been a long time Canon customer but after reading reviews and customer testimonials of the Nikon p900 I decided to jump ship and buy the Nikon p900. To my dismay I couldn't find one! I'm sure Canon, after seeing the success of the p900,will come out with a long zoom point and shoot of its own building on the success of the p900. Nikon really shot itself in the foot and lost potential customers

Customer service number is a joke. You go through a series of prompts only to hear, sorry all agents are busy and it hangs up the line. I cannot believe a successful large company has such terrible service. Disappointed I bought one of there products.

Has anyone reported yet that the Nikon View NX2 software will not work with Windows 10?

How about helping with a patch.

Nikon,
I can tell from your website that you are a giant corporation and probably won't care about one complaint from one customer, but here it goes:
If you have decided, and you have, to run commercials with a gay family of two men and two kids, than I am no longer a customer of yours and I hope your target group can support your products. I have many of your products from small cameras to large ones. Rifle scopes and binoculars. I not only will quit buying these products, but will get rid of the ones I have. There are many other fine camera and outdoor products to choose from. I have just always chose your products because I thought I had a quality product. However if you have made your choice on the decline of family values and to promote another style, so be it and good bye to you and your products and whomever I may be able to tell about the path you have decided to support.

I purchased a Nikon L30 on Oct. 15th. It froze and quit working on Nov. 15. I used it for one month. I contacted Nikon who gave me instructions to ship it in to Precision Camera, an authorized customer repair unit. Precision kept it for 10 days, never once contacting me about the status, and sent it back unrepaired, declaring that it was corroded. I am still in shock. I used the camera for one month.....batteries were used for one month...and it is supposedly corroded. I called Nikon to report this quandary. they will do nothing but give me another address of another place to send it. I have already spent fifteen dollars to ship it the first time. Mind you, this camera is clearly under warranty. Obviously, it is not going to be replaced, nor will the store exchange it, because they say this is Nikon's issue. I was also told that if I take it to a camera shop in my area and they repair it, I will not be reimbursed. I tried to talk with someone at Precision on several occasions, and their operator nor their customer service will pick up the phone. Bottom line is that I have a one month old Nikon camera that will not work. I am out a hundred dollars when I add the cost of shipping it to Precision. This same ordeal happened to my son and he had a $2,000.00 camera!! No more Nikon for us! I will be report this bad business on Facebook, Angie's List, and filing a formal complaint with the BBB shortly.

Hi my name is Don K this is just a comment about the D700 recently I went to trade it in for the D750, but I just could not part with selling this wonderful old camera She (D700) came back home, put in her camera bag that she belonged, this is just such a good camera that I just could not trade Her in. I will be upgrading in the near future for the D750 or D810 when the funds are available, and My Old Girl (D700) will be my always reliable soon to be Back Up,I can only hope that my Experience with the newer model D750 performs as well as the D700, that is one Hell of a Good camera, I posted this story on the Ugly Hedge Hog camera site, under Valli Pride, today I received a lot of Comments that were nice, I have been a Nikon shooter for over 25 years and always will be thank you for some Wonderful Cameras and Adventures, Sincerely Don K, westchester NY. .

Address..

Sean Pio Medina- General Manager ( Not the one that waited on me)

I got a Nikon Coolpix L820 Camera from Best Buy at Christmas from my

brother.. I didn't use it right away.. Had waited a couple months...

Found out the focus was off and photos turning out bad... So I went to

get it exchanged and they exchanged it for me with no problem... I just

had to get a L830, cause L820 discontinued... That was in March...

I started using my New one 2 weeks ago, (Because I was sick and in the

hospital for a while , I been trying to get my strength back) ,and I

noticed the flash doesnt work, The Pictures were turning white, and some

pictures turning all yellow and the photos flip without me doing it when

I shoot them......

So today April 23,I go to get it replaced... I talked to customer

service, who then called 2 ladies from Cameras over to look at it...

They preceeded to hear what I was saying.. I showed them photos of what

it was doing and they preceeded to tell me, the flash doesnt work, it

seemed the I S O is missed up...

So then they call the manager over that was on duty for today, and he

asked them what they thought.. They proceeded to tell him that the flash

didn't work, that the I S O seemed to have a problem, and that the lens

was loose...

He then looks at me and says did you get the Best buy service insurance?

I said I think my brother probably did.. He looks at the papres and

goes," I don't see it, so you will have to send it off to get fixed".. I

said "I had bad exsperences with that and exsplained the 5 disc stereo

that came back 3 times and doesnt work to this dy.. A Cool pix camera I

sent off that came back 4 times and still doesnt work.. That They didn't

replace any of those.

This is a 199.00 Camera, I can't afford to send it off and it doesn't

work.... :'(

I said I know its the managers discrision to exchange it or not, He just

said, " we will send it off to get fixed".. he then just walked off.

:'( I was crying by the time I left.. Imbarassed and upset... I still

can't get over that..

If you have a business that sales your product, shouldn't they stand behind it also?

Please can you help me get a replacement?

Pictures are what I do... Im disabled and that all I have as a hobby...

Thank you for anything you can do for me...

Have a blessed day, and thank you for taking the time to read this!!

I purchased the D3200 on black friday as a Christmas gift. After reviewing my pictures after the first day of use on Christmas I noticed a spot on all images. Since I had two lenses I went to switch to the other lense and the mirror fell right out of the camera. Since it was past the 30 day store warranty I had to send in for service. The first service order I received said this was covered under warranty, 2 weeks later I received a revised estimate for $375. I called to see why I'm being charged since it is brand new and still under warranty. The horribly rude customer service girl told me that I damaged the camera and if I want it fixed I need to pay it or else they will just send it back to me broken. I asked to speak with a supervisor or a technical person so I could understand how I could have damaged the camera, my request was denied. She just kept repeating that I "Damaged" the camera, she finally said that she would request a re-review, but she lied, when I went on the Nikon website to review the repair status the notes say that I called just to get the status. I am terribly disappointed in Nikon, this is my first expensive camera and I can not afford to get it fixed, I saved up just to afford the camera. The purpose of this camera was to take pictures of my children playing their sports, since I have been with out this camera for 2 months I purchased a pocket sized Cannon and I am so happy with it. I will never by Nikon again and I will definately be posting this horrible experience on every website that I can. Since this incident I have spoken with several people and I don't believe they will be purchasing Nikon either. STAY AWAY FROM NIKON, the warranty means nothing.

"Unprofessional And Laissez Faire"
I Bought A New Nikon Camera Which I saved Up For Quite Awhile. I Used The Camera For 11 Months And It Developed A Problem, With A 1 Year Warranty. Before The Year Was Up, I Sent It In To Customer Service As Instructed.

1. I Contacted U, By Email And By Phone. Send The Camera Along With The Warranty And Purchase Receipt. Which I Did.
Carefully Wrapped And Insured .
2. You Sent The Camera Back . With The Paperwork.the Camera Was Rattling Around In The Package !

Very Unprofessional! No Wrapping Unsecured In The Box.

3. Requesting Paperwork That I Sent And Customer Service Wrote On The ????.

4. I Called Again . Now The Camera Has A Dent In It ,from Your Poor Customer Service! You Called Me For 3 Months Requesting The Warranty And Paperwork. Which You Had All Of The Time. When Calling Each Time You Verified Having The Paperwork.

Then Called Back 3 Days Later Requesting The Warranty And Receipt Again!

Then "finally" You Responded Saying It Was Out Of Warranty.

5. I,m Now Shopping For A New Camera.

6. I,m Sending The Camera Back To You The Right Thing To Do Would Be Replace It Especially Since It Was Sent Back With No Care Or Attention To Wrapping Or Protection. Enclosed With A Detailed Description Along With A Time Line Of Events.

Almost a year ago purchased the d7000, and within 10 days got a survey about the camera. Since it was in middle of holidays, I had not taken more than a few
pictures. I just read all reviews on it and my comments are I use my cell more than the camera if I want to depend on getting pictures. This is my 4 th N., I am an amature and am going to switch back to Cannon. I am taking pics that don't record, the off/on ackward, not as simple
when a pic appears, is a two handed affair to turn on compared to clicking on/off of canon in one second. I took this last year to my annual months and useded coolpix Nikon for quicker camera to start, or cell. Think I only took a few hundred pics, and used other cameras for dependability. I'm sorry I gave away my canon, still have old nikons but frustration of nikon has lost its luster. Suggest the survey come out after a few months, so I had honest feed back. Have this week resumed with it and 4 pics did not record. Back to cell and coolpix.
