Have asked for cash value letter twice. Always getting an overseas contact which cant do anything but request it. Since everthing is overseas you cant get immediate help. Very frustrating.

trying to call back representative for a STD claim they denied because I checked my work email from home while recovering. It was a total of 16 hours over the course of 30 days. My rep gave me a number-800-300-4296 x 5901. when I finally get to part where you enter the extention a recording says its a non working number. These people are insane!!
Please note: I recently had my car repaired at service king in round rock Texas. I got a telephone evaluation and found it confusing. I may have inadvertently given a bad review, which is the opposite of what I experienced in every way!
They were wonderful in their service. It was quick, efficient, and excellently done. Please make sure that they get this credit!!!
I have been trying since March 1st to get the interest that was paid in 2016, on me and my wife life insurance policies. They will not do my taxes without it. I have been trying to resolve a problem cannot get cooporation from your company your sales rep misrepresented a policy to me i was told the sudio would be reviewed within 24 hours no true was told i would be contacted no true i am reporting this matter to BBB and have contacted our HR dept whereseveral employees are policy holder you are not the type company i want insuring my property or my friends and family
I'm looking for health ins.But I have seen so many people go through so much trying to get their benefits that they have purchased. I have not see anything good about metlife nor heard anything good. So I choose not to purchase health ins.from metlife.It is also sad when a big company drops you guys and purchases from another ins. Company that you can trust.
Hi..I'm very upset that my insurance cancels on a sunday and I can't reach a rep or my agent. In fact I've tried several times to pay using automative system to pay before midnite tonight. .and I'm unable to pay..I think this is extremely unfair. ..I use global insurance agent. .who I've had several issues with..they have blocked my ability to pay..and they are closed on Sunday as well..I've asked agent to not leave reminder calls on my parents phone..they have continued to this for three years now. .my parents live at same address but different apts....my agent has crossed policy info and had my dad on my policy at one point. .my issues go on and on without let up...I'm sure my agent left another reminder on my parents phone..who are on vacation and I can't access message left..as it is not my phone. ...then when trying to pay MetLife online..so that I'm totally insured for tomorrow. .I can't. .because your sytem won't allow payment. .and keeps routing back to global agent..who isn't open on Sunday. .this is not fair. .I have the mon ey..my policy cancell ay midnight and I'm unable to pay. .please have auto reps too..as you have life insurance reps...on Sunday to speak with..is there any other way I can make my payment..thank you.d.sumrall
I have nothing but praise for Met life. Both my parents had long term care insurance with them and I had power of attorney to take care of them. I always dealt with the same person. Claims were always paid on the 10th of the month like clockwork. And the claims were huge, month after month as they were either using aides or in nursing facilities. When my dad died he had several life policies that were all paid in a timely manner.
BI have had my car insured by MetLife Auto and home for many years....and I have always received my policy premium notice by mail...always..Thank goodness today while I was paying my other bills I realized I had not gotten my premium notice. I called MetLife immediately and was told by Orlando that my policy had been cancelled due to non-payment....I almost hit the ceiling..I let him know that I had not received my premium notice or any other notice that they send when pymt is late. He said that is because they had an e-mail from me saying I wanted to go paperless....I dont allow anyone but myself to take money from my account and all of my bills are paid by check.
So after being transferred to two different people and being asked question after question my insurance was reinstated but only after I paid them $345.00 to do it.
I have been late a few times since I have been with MetLife and I have always received a notice that if payment was not received by such and such a date my coverage would be cancelled....I received nothing this time...it was cancelled and I was not notified. I need to have my car insuredand that is why I gave them the money to reinstate my coverage.
But I will be shopping around for another company...hopefully I willfind another on soon.
MetLife may be good for awhile but that is all.
Take my advise and dont do business with them.
This is the worst company to deal with on a claim. They don't care about the damages done to the victim of the accident there idea is to look for the best ways to save the company money and keep the victim waiting as long as theycacan just to make them suffer.

MetLie owns and conducts the most HORRIBLE customer service department ever. Their training to their customer service staff is below mediocre, providing absolutely not just nonuseful information but no information at all. Instead, the staff is trained to only know how to ask ignorant questions over and over and over to drive you to give up on trying to get the information you need.
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I WOULDN'T USE METIFE FOR ANY INSURANCE NEEDS! MY FATHER HAD A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY THROUGH THEM AND AFTER 2 WEEKS 5 PHONE CALLS 2 EMAILS MISINFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL NO CHECK ! JUST WONDERING IS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSOURCED CAUSE I CANT UNDERSTAND HALF OF THE CONVERSATION WHEN TALKING TO THEM !!!
