I am having trouble to update my McAfee antivirus ,since i purchased last year in the month of Sept 2013 due to this my programs are running too slow. I was provided the email address as naushad khan . so i request you to provide me help regarding this.

After removing the McAfee software of of my new mini laptop my six-week-horror is finally over.

Your software ruined any speed on my laptop. Now, after removing it I am again enjoying my laptop and am back in business.

I will definately NEVER use your software again. You can be sure of that.

The most shocking thing happened regarding my auto-renewal for McAfee security product. When auto-renewal kicked in and my credit on file had expired -- McAfee had the nerve to contact MY BANK and get the new credit card information WITHOUT MY permission, renewed my product and then sent me a receipt. Yeah, I'm going to have a discussion with my bank, too, but in the meantime, I cancelled my McAfee product. I had no intention of renewing, but McAfee went behind my back and got it renewed anyway. I have asked for a refund. I wonder what other companies do that? Scary.

Although it has been difficult to reach a human(except tech support person), my contacts with MCAfee have been quite satisfactory so far. Also, I have been fortunate to always reach a tech support person who speaks good English and apparently is in the USA. However, I was disappointed that a very severe virus (which cost me a small fortune to have removed at a local computer store) was not blocked by McAfee.

First of all, McAfee does not have a so called service dept.. All they have is a bunch of highly trained con-artists from India that claim to be certified computer techs but are no better than a bunch of low life used car salesmen.. They can't handle a very simple matter or problem unless you pay to have your computer fixed and all they do is lie to you!! Goodbye McAfee and you lowlife salesmen......

My first computer came w/McAFEE ANTI VIRUS software. I continued to be a god customer for many years. In purchase a yearly renewal that did not have a disc but a product key..a number..three hours of time consumed with McAfee overseas team trying to install but all their methods failed. I gave up and ask to be refunded but McAfee has failed to return my money after I satisfied their request. I have read all the complaints from dissatisfied customers, unless McAfee starts listening to their customers they will end up w/o a business. McAFEE has a lot of competition that do a better job at taking care of their customers!!!!

My computer died lst year. I have repeatedly contacted Mc Afee to cancer my subscription. They have ignored emails,. They are most unhelpful whenI phoned adn told me they need to set up a live link with my computer to terminant the subscription which is impossible when the computer is no longer functional. The worst ever I am so frustrated.

Yet again mcafee have taken money from my daughters account an account that was cancelled over two years ago. phoned customer service to try and get this sorted was told its not possible to cancel over the phone and that would have had an e-mail stating that this payment would be taken out, have gone all through e-mails and surprise surprise no e-mail. this is for a laptop that died over two years ago and on an account that they have been told on more than three times needs to be cancelled. ALSO WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS VERY VERY RUDE.GET ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE TO WORK THE ENGLISH SIDE OF YOUR COMPANY OR AT LEAST ONES THAT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEING SAID TO THEM. THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING

I purshased the home security, I have had for years on 11-1-13 and cant get it to work. It has blocked all my games I use witch is bigfishgames, Wild tanget, I win, and now having prblems with pogo. I cant remember my password, so I want you to set it with !girl3boys. You send me these stupid sites and they do not work. It says it has espired.

I'm very tired of this. I would call, but cell phone out of min.

I bought the home serurity on the 11-1-13 and cant get it to work. It says wrong password, and go to the address you send me and it ALWAYS saya it has expired. I need help,I've had McAffe for years, and now need help. It wont let me use my old password, witch I want it back, it is . And it will not let me get my games. Wildtanget, Bigfish games, I win games.

you have taken 49.99 from my account again. i have rang and spoken to many people regarding this account to be closed. very unhappy about this as i cannot afford this again. why has this not been put on file that the account is cancelled. please put my money back and remove my private details from your records, i do not need this product from you and you have been told on more than one occasion, via email telephone.

well the best i would suggest you all is instead of calling on a number in regards to payments ... call your bank indeed for a refund or charge back they will help you with the refund and will make sure u aint charged again .. and if u face any problem with mcafee .. just uninstall and install in back on your computer

Macfee is not for indian user because they do not help in hindi aur punjab its help in only english so i do not like this antivirus its not god.

I have just experienced the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any company support from McAfee tech services. Long story short - a level one technician worked on my computer for 3 hours by controling it by using go to assist. He eventually deleted my McAfee but was unable to download it again and in the process messed up several other applications on my computer. I supposedly got passed on to a higher level technician but over the course of 1.5 days they never called me back even though I was promised a call back in a certain time after I made several inquires. The final frustration - we received a call from McAfee at 12:50 AM this morning. The team is located in India. This was either gross incompetance or a cruel joke.

I too have just been charged agianst my old card details without my permission. Am looking into police report for Fraud / theft. I have not used them for over 18 months due to lack of support and trust.
Can't even contact them to express my opinion or demand a refund. Sent as a donotreply.

My subscription doesn't expire until April and I just received a message (early February) saying they renewed my subscription using the card I had provided. At no time did I ever authorize use of my card for automatic renewal. Plus the plan they "renewed" was $20 more expensive than the plan I had!On my way to the bank to question this transaction and have them investigated for fraud!
The scary part is that this is supposed to be the company I trust for my internet security!

They did the same to me. Charged me for services on computer I no longer have. Called service and they put me on hold immediately when I told them I wanted to cancel subscription. Then they hung up on me.

I downloaded a virus update. It crashed my
computer. It is now in the shop not knowing
if it can be repaired or not. Found out Macafee has a virus in their update downloads that will crash your computer. Would not Macafee be responsible for the repair on my computer or a new on if this one can not be repaired? This upsets me greatly when you pay for good service.

I too have been "robbed"by Mcafee. I cancelled my subscription and then received an e mail telling me that the card they used to pay for their service had expired.I was horrified to find a payment had been taken using the new cards details which were definately NOT supplied by me.My bank is investigating this fraud
