Just spoke with Jason in Cleveland office. And again was offered no help at all as to when my Maytag 18 cu in stainless steel refrigerator might arrive, as I was promised it would be her the first week of May and I have a house full of people arriving g. Nor can anyone help me with the up to 40 percent rebate offered for purchasing in May through Menards. I will file papers with better business bureau. Extremely long phone waits, being transferred to 6 different departments, to be unable to find anyone with answers is unacceptable.

Tried to call for service today on a washer 1 month old all you get is a recording ! Called 10 times! Unbelievable

To whom this may concern,
February 16 2020 I have a service done to my washer under warranty. Which was ending. Still my washer is Not Working and stats beeping with this code F6 on it. I made a call to the company for another service, I hit the wrong button and got a woman would tried to,tell me how to try and fix this problem, well I'm not a person who really understands talking on a phone. I need a person here to help explain and show me. I asked to speak to speak to someone who has to do with service. I got annoyed hung up. I try calling back this lady Blocked both my phone numbers. So I got another phone made the call got through to the service department I wanted. I talked to a man this time. He sold me a Warranty and then this guy turns around blocks the number that I called from.
So now I have a Extended Warranty and I have No Way to contact them now. So now I a new washer and warranty Both are No Good in my eyes anymore. I never thought for a second I would be doubting myself for buying Maytag here. I'm Shocked.
I would like someone to get back to me here. And would like to hear that the two people I spoke to on the 16 fired. I'm after Spending $1900.00 dollars to buy this set and add another $300 on for the Warranty I bought that's a total of $2200.00 dollars here. I think I'm after spending way too much money for these products that Nevered worked Rite since I got them.

3 weeks ago my son's 4 month old washer broke. Service call arranged, service man came out, said shifter was broken. Ordered part. Son was informed part back ordered. No communication since November 19 regarding part. Unacceptable.

Have been trying to reach someone (anyone!) at one of their many numbers to try and make a service appointment. Today is my third attempt. Today I hung on the line for 20 minutes. No one ever answers the phone. I tried one of the additional 800 numbers listed and no one answered that either. So much for "we care about your business."

Thank you Maytag customer service for an exceptional service to our Maytag Centennial top load washer . Everything went smoothly . The tech came & checked the problem & ordered the necessary parts needed. When the parts arrived ,we set up a schedule & our washer got fixed . Washer is making a loud noise when spinning . Had to replaced the washer's transmission . Dino's appliance tech is very courteous & knowledgeable . Much appreciated . Maytag stand by their warranty .
I will be a loyal customer & will refer to families & friends . Appreciated by a retired military family .

Don't buy a maytag people!! Because you will need repair and no one will help. No one answers the phone the email doesn't work. And the service people they hire are idiots!!

I want to register my washer and dryer. I called the phone # on the registration card. After I make the correct selection to register the music stops and there is no sound. No dial tone but no one comes on the line. Not good for your customer service or for your customer's! Get it together Maytag!!

I hate my new mMaytag washer: it has a rubber gasket at the front of the washer. When you lift it up, it contains 3/4 cup filthy dark water and dirt. If left, it stinks. I finally had the money to buy a Maytag and it is nasty.

I keep getting error code F05 followed by E03 I have rest the unit and even unplugged the unit and still keep getting the error code what can I do to get it to reset.

I unfortunately have a Maytag WallOven Model CWE5800ACB which needs to be repaired with a new part #74001405 mfg by Whirlpool. It is no longer manufactured and I cannot find one anywhere.
Does this mean one has to trash his or her expensive double ovens because Whirlpool has opted to discontinue mfr of a part? If that be the case, we will never ever again spend good money on Whirlpool appliances!

i am very disappointed with my new unit of Maytag Commercial Dryer 10.5kg . I bought this at S&R Sta rosa lagun.. After several months , the motor brokedown... The service center pulled out the unit and have it repaired at their end unfortunately, its been more than two weeks and my unit is not yet ok....This is so disgusting as i used this in my laundry business... Is that the quality of Maytag now adays...

I have A Maytag Maxima dryer - We have had to replace the thermo fuse several times - I always know when is about to break because the dryer gets extremely hot. Is there something Im doing incorrectly that might be causing this?

I bought a Maytag microwave a year and a half ago. After a few months my microwave was not working correctly, I had to keep opening and closing the door to get it to work. It was defective. They send someone to fix it.. They didn't, they send another repairman, again it wasn't fix, they send the same second repairman, it worked while he was here and so he said it was working. Again I called they send a third repairman. He couldn't fix it the first time or the second. He said he'd be back, but he never came... My warranty was over and the third repairman did something so now it stays on and I have to make sure I catch it, if not, it stayed on for a few hours before I caught it.. My microwave was defective from day one but they never fixed it or replaced it.. My refrigerator also doesn't work well, if I forget to check it, the door stays open. Very upset that they never fixed the problem and I'm stuck with a defective microwave!!!!

I recently purchased a new Maytag washer... it is the most frustrating washer I have ever had.... EVERY wash load takes 1 hour.....anyone who works and has lots of laundry would never get caught up....not to mention all the clicking noises it makes.... anything that makes that many cycles will not last very long...we'll see.. my last Maytag was great,, this one???

Runs - Don't walk away from Whirlpool/Matag Appliances....here's why

My 2 year old stainless steel Whirlpool Dishwasher recently stopped working. I paid $68 for a service tech to tell me that the problem was a "design defect" associated with moisture infusion into the control panel ribbon cable - a problem he sees frequently with the Whirlpool machines. He went on to say he it was a 10 minute fix and would only cost $275 You can imagine my dismay! I decided to call Customer Service. After more than 1 hour holding "for the next available representative", I was told there was nothing she could do as the machine was out of warranty. I pointed out that this was a design flaw, known to Matag and subject of a class action suit in California. She agreed to send a new control panel (at no charge) to a factory trained tech for installation if I would be willing to pay for the service call. I asked what the service call would be. Her reply was between $75 and $100. I was still very unhappy with this customer service experience, but agreed to have the "factory" tech come installed the board. Five days later, the tech shows up. Sure enough, he confirms the finding of the previous repairman. He looks at me an says, "For $250 I can have you fixed up in 15 minutes". I could not believe my ears. I recounted my conversation with Customer Service regarding the free board and nominal service call charge. He said he didn't know anything about that and Whirlpool obviously didn't have his labor rates. Needless to say, I asked the guy to leave immediately. I then went to a local appliance parts store, purchased the board for $168 and installed it myself in less than 10 minutes. Based on this experience, I have come to the conclusion that the brand name Whirlpool/Matag means absolutely nothing. Their products are unreliable and their customer service STINKS. Never again will I purchase one of their products

We purchased a Maytag MVWB725BW washer brand new 3-18-14 from Orvilles Appliances in Lancaster NY. We have used the afresh cleaner as required, never use fabric softener or more than the required detergent. We returned from a 2 week vacation this week to a foul smelling washer. We cycled afresh 5 times, used white vinegar on a hot cycle, rinsed, and the smell is still there. We have also tried baking soda and bleach on separate cycles in an attempt to remove this smell from our home and we can't just open the windows as it's winter here now. We have decided to replace the washer as we were told it would probably take a service technician to open the machine up and clean it. This is unacceptable to us as we have only had the machine for a little more than 2 years. We were not told of this design flaw when we bought the machine and are very frustrated that there isn't more help on how to remove the smell other than open the machine and physically clean it. It is now 5 days since we returned home and we are not any closer to resolving the issue than we were when we opened the door to this terrible smell. We are very disappointed in Maytag and the lack of help to resolve this matter.

My 2 1/2 year old dishwasher quit. Just like others here thought Maytag was a reputable company. Now learn things are made under Whirlpool' s watch. Can't buy from either of these companies anymore.

I have a may tag washer. I have been a lifelong customer of Sears but their repair Technition are unreliable, change and cancel appointments without checking with customers.



I need help. My washer has been down for six weeks. Totally unacceptable.



I recommend you no longer allow Sears to represent your good name on repairs. They have lost their once good name and hire inept Technition who do not keep their word in Atlanta.

IMy father raised me up to use Sears and buy American made Matag. I am extremely upset and simply wis yo get my washer tepsired. I have had the part for almost six weeks. Two Technition changed or cancelled appointments in Atlanta. Customer service is handled from the Philippines and Columbia Spith America. I need to speed to a service manager for Maytag in Atlanta.
