ok, they took an additional payment from my card, after all my payments were paid off already for the subscription. Customer service phone number doesn't have a live person option, just a recording telling you where to go on the website for help. there is no option of what to do when the website takes more money than agreed upon. Sounds like a dirty business guys, not cool. deleting the account, even though I still have time left in the subscription, but there is no guarantee that they will not take more money from me without my permission. Sad story. I wish others have better experience.

Hi, I am having trouble getting into my account yet when it asked for to verify my phone number that's where I'm having trouble. I have just a cell phone number and it keeps saying that I can't use it but I don't have any anything else to use so I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my account or what the problem is I tried changing my password email I don't want to do. Just terrible customer service, you get the run around, very hard to talk to a real live person. Other dating sites have live phone reps to help with log on problems.

I want my money!! Nearly 6,000 people have complained about you all taking money illegally from accounts. Hanging up on customers is not an acceptable behavior. You SUCK. Give me my money.

I signed on to tinder for 1 month. You all took money illegally out of my checking account. I called and explained my situation only to be hung up on. Called back. Hung up on. I want my refund for 32.16 by noon today. We had a binding contract for 1month only.

I signed up and now can not log in. Keeps saying there's a problem with my account. Very frustrating especially when a robot keeps saying there's nothing wrong.

I bought a new phone yesterday.today, I tried to login to match.com. it wouldn't let me. It said match.com blocked me from signing in.

I have been charge for signing up two different charges on my Master credit card. It should have been only the one for $131.94.

I have been blocked 2 times and also already paid for my service. Which by the way has been a really bad experience. Too much money for nothing. Now can't get back into without paying.

I just gave you my credit card information and was answering my daily matches when the screen closed and I can't log back on. I have chatted with a tech but they want more money. Is Match.com a legitimate site or another scam? Do I have to contact my bank and close my account so that you don't get the money for not providing what you promise?

I do not want a premium membership. I did not ask for it. I have tried you several times today and never got a return call. If I don't here from you tomorrow I will cancel you on my credit card. Your customer service is abominable!!!!!

I don't understand why? My membership is done today, but I should have until midnight and YOU are taking my last hours away. Horrible way of doing business! I noticed there have many complaints in June referring to the same as situation as mine. I am frustrated and unlikely to join again if this is how you operate.

I expect a phone call and to be reimbursed the hours you took from me.

I cancelled Match then they took another three months payment plus then they blocked me from the site. I want resolution immediately. Refund my money now.

I have also had my account blocked for no reason I can find since it seems impossible to get an answer out of the company. They referred me to a non existent website for help. I suspect match runs a large number of scams. I am paid up till December but am giving up now. So, they have certainly made money out of me!
