LG is the worst company to deal with when you have a warranty on one of there products. The customer service sucks. They don't understand you and you can't understand the representative. They are rude when you can understand and give you a hard way to go. This has been the worst experience trying to get my tv repaired or replaced. I would not recommend anyone to by these products ever. To anyone has buy LG pray that it doesn't break. Good luck if you do.

I will NEVER buy another LG product. I have purchased 5 LG refrigerators over the years. This last one has been nothing but a headache! A Product that you spend almost $3000 dollars should not be breaking every year! Customer service is happy to tell you who I could call to get it fixed, at my own expense. Thanks, but I could do that myself. One would think LG would back up their products! last year I lost hundreds of dollars in food products as both my freezer and refrigerator failed to work. LG you have just lost a good customer! I hope anyone looking to buy a refrigerator, PLEASE read all bad reviews, save yourself a ton of aggravation and money, and buy another brand.

We looked at an LG refrigerator at Lowes on January 3rd., 2022. It was a floor model and had a dent in the handle. Lowes said LG would replace it for free. I was skeptical so called LG on the 3rd to confirm that was true. I was told, yes, it was true but I would need to call back with the model and serial numbers. . We purchased tge refrigerator on the 4th and it was installed on the 7th. I called on the 10th and gave them that information. They even had me send pictures of the part in question and of the receipt. I was told I would receive the part in 7-10 business days and I would receive an email confirmation. The next day (11th). I still had not received an email confirmation so I called again and was again told it would be sent. It is now the 20th. I have not received an email so I called again. This time I was told that the information I gave them was incomplete and they needed a different receipt. WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THAT 10 DAYS AGO? I asked to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 40 minutes so far. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They ask if you're willing to answer a survey about the customer service...but then don't give you the survey. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Better Business Bureau will be next.

My refrigerator has not worked since November 6th. Not a single one of your customer care representatives has done anything to help me. This is my last effort to find a solution before my attorney files a small claims lawsuit in Kenosha WI on my behalf.

I have never dealt with such imcompetence, bad business practices, and ridiculous customer service. I purchased a brand new LG refrigerator less than a year ago. The freezer and ice machine have not worked for 7 months now. Both my husband and I have been on the phone with at least a dozen customer service agents. 6 or more different techs have come to our house to "fix" the freezer with no success. Various parts have been mailed to my house with no resolve. I have asked multiple times for my money back or a replacement refrigerator only to get the run around and "we will look into it" response. On 1-12-22 I actually got hung in with customer service trying to get this issue resolved once and for all. I will NEVER get another LG product again if this is not resolved.

We purchased an LG refrigerator from Home Depot August of last year. The craft ice maker hasn't worked properly from day 1. We have had 4 repairs and the unit still is not making ice. My husband and I have been on the phone with LG some many times I have lost count. Every time we speak with someone in customer service they say, " I'm not sure why but I will have someone call you". We have heard this over 10 times and have NEVER received a return call. The last (fourth ) time the tech came to repair the unit he said the unit will be replaced and the RA department will be calling us. Once again we have NEVER received a return call from anyone at LG. Last week I invested over 3 hours on hold with customer service to hear once again, " I'm not sure why but someone will call you back". Of course I still haven't received a call back. On 12-30 I spoke with Jasmine from LG and she said she wasn't sure why the unit has not exchanged but would look into it. She discovered the RA was rejected because someone entered it in wrong. She corrected the problem and said I will receive a call back within 5 days. It's 1-10-22 and once again I'm on the phone with LG . It'll been 52 minutes so far on hold to the RA department and I'm still waiting. Not only is this the absolute worst service I have ever received but the most unhonest company I ever dealt with. I guess the most upsetting thing about this is all the time we've invested only to hear the hold message, " we understand your time is valuable, we're working hard to personally respond to your call as soon as we can. STILL ON HOLD.

My 65" LG Tv is 5 months old and the remote stopped working. 3 weeks ago I chatted with a LG rep and she determined the remote was bad and it would be replaced. I called 2 weeks later when I still had not received it and I was told the remote wasn't sent because you did not have my full address. When I was on the chat with your rep I wrote out my address. However, if you didn't have my address why wasn't I contacted to give you the full address.....poor customer service. I then talked to another rep who assured me that because I had already waited so long a remote would be fed exes to me and I would have it in 3 days. Today I still don't have the remote and I spoke to another rep who said it was sent by UPS and I should have it next week. Don't worry your reps are all very polite, that seems to be the only thing important to you. It isn't about resolving the issue. I understand things happen and parts need to be replaced, in fact I was very understanding when this happened but your lack of customer service by not following through has made this even more frustrating.

We purchased an LG refrigerator in March 2019 at the Homedepot. We have been having trouble since we purchased it with the icemaker dispenser. We have been working with the local Home Depot since July of this summer and have spent most of the summer with it not working. The repair man has been here four times and still has not been able to fix the problem. They promised that the manager would call us by last Friday and we still have not heard from them. At this point we are very frustrated and not happy with our LG refrigerator.

We bought an LG refrigerator at the end of 2016. We paid a lot of money and the compressor went out June 2021. It cost us 900,00 to fix it snd now the water and ice are not coming out. We have scheduled two appointments through LG and the technicians confirmed the appointment and never showed up. My husband and I both lost a day of work. A different company LG recommended is scheduled to come out Friday. WE DO NOT recommend LG to anyone!! Your compressor should not go out after 4.5 years and your water and ice should work. LG needs a lawsuit brought against them!

Thank you for guiding me through troubleshooting an issue with my LG Dishwasher. I resolved the problem with the help of email and when they sent me a website I explained that I wanted answers from a person, I got it. Thank you snd if this doesn't resolve the problem. I'll be contacting again. Good job!

Will never buy another LG product. Purchased a refrigerator in February. Had difficulty with keep cool since purchase. Currently, we not had a working refrigerator for more than 3 weeks. Service is scheduled and technicians do not show up. Requested a refund -- still pending. How long does will it take LG to realize that 3 weeks of non-working refrigerator deserves a refund?

I have literally spent the whole day trying to resolve an issue. I bought a washer with the 10 year motor warranty and now the motor is dead and it has been discontinued! Trying to speak to someone has been useless. I've been sent to rebates, promotions and back to customer service 3 times. Only one gentleman was kind of enough to ask me for my serial number and model so that he could check my info. Unfortunately I have not been able to reach him again. I want to buy a new washer LG and want a coupon discount.

I have never been so disappointed in an appliance as I am in my LG refrigerator I purchased it about 5 year ago and the compressor has gone out on it I would think if you paid $3000.00 for an appliance it would last longer than 5 years needless to say I will not recommend L G to anyone.!

What a run around. I'm trying to replace my LG phone after it melted at the charging port while charging. I've called only to be told I would be emailed a shipping label. Well, that hasn't happened.

I can't believe customer service is so horrible. This phone could have burned down my home. I'm not asking for recompense for my damaged carpet, I just want a replacement. At this point, if I ever do get the shipping label, you can just keep it. This has been a horrible experience. I will never buy an LG product and will share my experience with anyone who is looking for a new phone.

I bought a LG tv and within 1 year it would not work at all
I had the extended warranty and after 3 in home repair visits they gave up and said they would send me a new tv.
Well I'm 10 weeks into this and still haven't seen a new tv.
The whole process and company are a joke.
I will never buy another LG product and I recommend that everyone else stay away also. Maybe South Korea will get the hint.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced
Ordered a part for a washer that is only 3 years old, needed a new drainage hose. Required 4 repair visits since they kept sending defective parts No apology had to order a 3 rd part from outside supplier
Long wait times, reps borderline rude, still waiting for a refund, told, " call your bank"
Never will buy from lg again

So incredibly disappointed with this product. Received a 49" LG tv from our children for Christmas from Best Bye. Installed, trashed box which was dented upon arrival. Plugged in and screen was a spiderweb. Junk! Still have in my garage. Handled with extreme care. Went to BJs and bought 55". (Didn't want my kids to feel bad so didn't tell them. ) installed 55" and was pleased for 3 days. Now screen is black. Customer service can't get someone here and will reach out to a higher level team to see if someone can look at it!!!! I paid for extended warranty for 2nd tv and may return but I cannot bring myself to purchase LG ever again. So incredibly disappointed and tired of the tracking around and schlepping TVs to and fro..... please help!

I purchased my drier in January, few months later it broke, reached customer service 56 times, my warranty almost expired now and nothing has been done. I'm extremely frustrated at this point and want to buy new drier. Customer service people put you on hold for a long time and then hanging up on you, promise to call me back and never do, never fixed anything, will never buy any LG appliances again

I have a four year old washer dryer made by LG Korea it says on the information inside washer door. It was bought somewhere in the UAE. I need a new pump. Simple? No friends have tried to source one in UAE and they it is wrong number and not one of theirs. UK and USA not interested either and no help. How do I find out where the heck to purchase a new pump for my machine or do I bin it after four good years? It must have been made somewhere in the world but where.How do I contact just one source so that they can find out within the worldwide company where to source a new pump?

i bought a stove in april 2019 burner hasnt worked had reapir man out 4 times wrong parts sent all times and 4 time was no show i called a&e and they said they are not coming out again i want my stove fixed i paid alot on money for this stove and noone will help me i will never buy lg product again servive is very bad

I have been without a refrigerator for almost a month now. 1st choice appliance was sent to my home to repair my refrigerator and was unable to repair it. I don't know if they have contacted you but I need to get this resolved. 1st choice appliance repair is located in moab utah. My home is also in moab utah.
