I am very upset that the agent I contacted refused to help me unless I accepted their promotion .. All I wanted was help with my iomega hard drive.

I have an old iomega ext HD purchased around 2009. I can no longer open the device. Please advice how I may do so in order to retrieve my files.

Looking for replacement disc for my IOMEGA network hard drive. Changed computers and original disc not found. Website was no help. Info on drive label is P/N - Model . I don't find other numbers. Can not use the drive without software and/or setup disc. Thanks,
