If you want disappointment and aggravation to no end. Buy you a phone from Huawei cause give it enough time and you'll get yours. And it's probably not going to take as long as you think either. I bought a Honor 6 less than a year ago. My microphone has already messed up where I have to use a Bluetooth for me to hear people and them to be able to hear me. But that's only the beginning. There's a systems update available for my phone I've been trying to update it since Friday and it's now Sunday. It's still at 5% downloaded. And my phone has started acting up since it won't update. My contacts disappeared and had been saved. I called them and spent an hour and a half on someone else's phone trying to get it fixed. The first guy didn't have a clue what he was doing. After asking for his supervisor for 25 minutes. I finally got him to answer the phone. He tried as well but to no avail. And now expects me to send it to them to fix. Here lies my issue with that. Number one why should I have to go without a phone until they're able to do something about it. It's not my fault it messed up and you're expecting me to go without a phone until it's fixed. I paid almost 300 for a phone that didn't hold up 8 months. I live alone and don't have neighbors or a vehicle right now either. My health is not good. I spent good money for what I thought was a good phone. And it's not otherwise you wouldn't have steps already in order when they do mess up. I know I'm not going to make that much difference in their money and they don't care about me. But you could at least act like it. And they were going to send me a email with what I've got to have to send it to the company and I'm still waiting for the email.
