I Have Been Trying To Speak To A Real Person For 30 Minutes Or More For Explanation Of Why If I Cancel An Online Debit Card Order At Lowes My Card Is Credited In 24 Hrs Or Less. I Am Being Told At Home Depot That The Same Debit Card Used For A Purchase Cancellation At Home Depot Will Take Up To 14 Days !!!!! I Was Told It Was My Banks Policy That Was Causing The Delay . This Is A Flat Out Lie . It Has Already Been 10 Days And This Is Ridiculous. What Is The Hold Up....and Don't Blame It On My Credit Union.that Is B.s.

So Disappointed in Home Depot you ruined my Holidays from Thanksgiving through Christmas due to the range we purchased from you! All I get is lies about when the range will be in because the one I purchased doesn't work!

I have been dealing with a Alex Greiner from Home Depot regarding an installation and estimate. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I will never go in another HD again............

Earlier this week my daughter and I were shopping at your Virginia Beach location. My daughter noticed a female employee named Jessica Boyle that she recognized. The only reason my daughter knows this female is because on October 11, 2015 Jessica posted my daughter who was a minor on Craig's List for sex. I am shocked that you allow people who do such terrible things to work for you. Especially since she did this to a child. You must not do background checks on your employees either that or you just don't care. Anyone who hurts a child like that should not be able to work around children. You should know that the Central for Missing and Exploited Children was contacted and a report was filed. The investigation remains open. Miss Boyle did remove the post but the damage had already been done. My daughter received tons of calls, text messages and very inappropriate pictures from men. She should not be allowed to work around children of any age where she has the ability to one day harm them the way she has my daughter. As I said either you don't do background checks or you simply don't care.

Had Neptune N.J. Install a VCT Floor in my basement. There are bumps every where and some are breaking through. No one at the store cares. Don't get floors installed by them unless you want bumps all over your floor!

I am a Vet and have been shopping for all my needs. Now I am being told I cannot receive a discount of 10% since I am not on active duty. This is how you treats people that have served and fought for their country. I promise you I will never step a foot in your store. Rather now shop at Lowe's instead. Even the media is interested in the little story!!!

I called the ON-LINE order desk at Milpitas Ca store - "RETARD" - 20 rings and someone who can't spell his own name answers - BIG FN MISTAKE

Further I called the number option Customer Service - closed - EMBARRASSING HOME DEPOT

By the way I am calling to get an update on a order THAT IS LATE. Customer SVC did not even call me.

Don't contact me - I only put my name to legitimize the complaint.

The installation crew was great on my door and window install, but the customer service rep that answered the phone when I called to find out what they were going to do about replacing the expensive storm door that tney ordered in the wrong size was very rude. She answered the phone with What is it now? and told me they would get answer the next day - then hung up - no I'm sorry for the mistake - she made it seem like it was my fault!
I do alot of business with the Brockton Home Depot - maybe I am making a mistake after all - the install was not cheap and I just ordered a fence install - you'd think I'd get a little courtesy for my money - or maybe that's an extra charge!

I went to the Rockland Mass store around 11:15am on April 22 to pick up an online order. The lady at the customer service counter was one or the best communicator to deal with. They were extremely busy and she helped me with an online Order of 2 outside rocking chairs. I took one to the car to see if it would fit, which it did, and she sent another employee to help me with the other chair. Extraordinary service. Other retailers need to follow this customer service

We received a past due on our bill this month. That card is in my name and I have never been late with a payment EVER! Because my husband returned an item that was the single item on our Home Depot bill and made a purchase at the same we were charged a late payment fee. The bill was for 14.97 and it was for four tiles that we returned and purchased two plants.

Our next bill stated we owed Home DEPOT a late fee payment. I was told today that if I go down to Home Depot and make a payment that they will drop the late fee charge. I want the whole thing dropped, we were not late. We look forward to hearing from you. I really like Home Depot best but Lowes is not as close as your store but well within a 15 to 20 minute drive. We paid the entire amount on our Home Depot bill the same day we charged 2 plantsthat were for a family member's funeral. That was about three weeks ago. Yesterday we received a past due notice from your company. We made a purchase of the two again to have the late fee taken off. WE WERE NOT LATE.

Maybe you do not understand, we love Home Depot but do not have to shop there, Lowes is just around the corner and they have always been very respectful and now seems more understanding than Home Depot.

We own 4 houses in Greensboro and 3 beach houses, we have done a lot of business in the past with your company. We like your store but Lowes is now looking GREAT.

Maybe someone from your home office should do a little Under Cover Boss.

We are off to Home Depot to pay the 14.97 bill and to Lowes to do the paint shopping.

Hope you listen to what I feel is terrible customer service. Maybe Home Depot does not really care about their customers.....but you will one day IF not today.

I would like to compliment the kitchen consultant Ann Kroon at the Ocala Home Depot for the help she gave my wife and I in locating a sink for our kitchen remodeling project. I had called and happen to get Ann and she spent a good 1/2 hour looking up sinks that we might be interested in and even apologized for taking so long. It was we who were taking up her time instead but she was cheerful and helpful. The next day we went in to talk with her and ordered our sink. In fact we noticed that all the associates were helpful and kept asking us if we were finding what we needed. Kudos to her.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in the hope that you will take the time to resolve this issue. On 11/28/15 my husband and I visited a Home Depot on Cropsey Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. We purchased a dishwasher Samsung- Invoice number Our purchase included an installation for which we paid $69.00. Delivery was scheduled for 12/11/15 between 8:30 am -12:30pm. On 12/11/15 at 1pm I was contacted via phone and informed that "truck broke down and delivery is re-scheduled for 12/26/15". I was informed that delivery will take place between 12:30 and 4:30pm and that dishwasher will be installed. We purchased all the necessary tools for the installation. ( Please see invoice). Our dishwasher was delivered on 12/26/16 at 5:20pm. Delivery people just left the box in the middle of my living room and left. When I called the Home Depot and spoke to Andrew ( manager) I was informed that he will look into this. About a half an hour later I received a call from Fred who informed that he is coming to install my dishwasher. He came about 30 minutes later. The only think he did was take the dishwasher out of the box, and wheeled it into the kitchen. He informed my husband and I that was" going to get the tools he needs from Home Depot, and then will be back in 40 min to install the dishwasher. We were asked to take everything out of the cabinets. My husband and I did just that. In about 15 min after Fred left, I received a call from Ram who informed me that "Fred is not coming back, because the installation required expert work, and that Fred is just a supervisor". I was taken back when Ram told me that " if I am not happy ( and I wasn't), I should take the dishwasher and bring it back to Home Depot.

I felt that I was taken a full advantage of. Not only I am getting my delivery 29 days post purchase, I am not getting the service I paid for. I asked Ram the name, and phone number of his supervisor. Ram responded that " His supervisor's name is Richard". I asked for the last name, " Ram informed me that he "can't spell it".

I asked for supervisors contact number and extension, but Ram didn't give me that information either. I told Ram that there might be more than one Richard at Home Depot . How was I supposed to look for him? Ram told me that " it was my issue". The day after Christmas? Really?

I am a nurse and I save lives every single day. How can I be treated like that? I request that issue is looked into as soon as possible and resolved. I demand instant credit for installation that was paid for and wasn't done. I further demand credit for this havoc. I am available

Home depot hires personal staff members for floor service with minimum knowledge an understanding in how it really works. Person thought they were talking to a person with little knowledge of the construction business in town. Thus hd person has shown me never to go back to hd and buy anything. Hd us like the Walmart of home stores. At least at Walmart the employee us not knowledgeable about anything and they know this. Hd employees think they know what they are talking about and they do not know crap

My wife and I were in Home Depot tonight looking for a backsplash around 8:45pm in Summerville,SC.

Luis helped us in the tile department with a backsplash we were trying to create. He was most helpful, knowledgable and very personable.

It was only a couple minutes before the store closed, but he was very helpful to us and you would not have known it by his actions.

You probably get mostly negative comments and not many positive ones...but I feel like I had to write a positive comment about our experience tonight! I will definitely be shopping at Home Depot more after dealing with Luis!! Thank you, Todd William

I purchased a replacement on all my appliances which includes....Refrigerator, Range, Dish washer, and Microwave. I asked if the delivery also included installation. Was told 2-3 times by the salesperson that it was. Upon delivery was told that they DO NOT do installation, I had to hire a licenced plumber, and electrition to install. I rejected the delivery and went directory to Home Depot to cancel. After talking to two managers, one blamed me and other never even appologised for the lie I was told from the salesperson!! I have made many purchases at Home Depot for years which include: Carpeting, wood flooring, ceramic tile, windows, siding, roofing on house, shed, and garage, and much much more. Guess that as a faithfull customer it doesn't matter. There is always another schmuck to take my place as a customer.???

I have been trying unsuccessfully for almost a month to return a defective computer purchased from Office Depot. I got return authorization right away, but instead of issuing me a return label, they sent UPS to pick up the item. UPS went to the wrong address numerous times, even after I called a confirmed the correct pick up address. When it was obvious that pick up was not an option, I asked if I could take the computer to UPS myself. It was at that point that the whole thing went south. They told me they could send me a label by email. The label didn't arrive. I called back and they told me they would pick it up for me. No, I said, I want the label...pick up did not work. They requested another label....it didn't arrive. Called back...same thing. Now the emails do absolutely nothing. I tell them no label and they tell me they are working on it...or rather they resend the original email from a week ago saying that. There is a MAJOR language barrier as I believe customer service is located in India. It took me five minutes to confirm my mailing and email addresses with one woman because she could not understand me nor I her. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none was available. I have finally written to the VP of customer service. I hope I get a solution. I mean, really, how hard is it to send a return label? If they had done that to begin with this would have been solved a month ago. I've had it with them. I will not be buying anything other than ink and paper from them again.

After trying several of the listed phone numbers I gave up as it was impossible to get to a human Or even a well trained monkey to answer a technical question. I will never buy anything at home depot again as there is a lowes just a few minutes down the road. This is all, by the way after I went to a store and asked 6 different people (all of whom assured me they had knowledge of the product I wanted) 2 answered in the affirmative 2 in the negative and 2 admitted they didn't know

i buy almost all my products for my business at home depot. 10/24/15 I went to the home depot on 57ave in Miami, fl. to buy a Milwaukee circular saw, they had one on sale for 91.00 . but the store had no more in stock. I asked if another store had one. he said north Miami,fl. store had one. when I got there they told me that special, was only at the other store. I thought all home depots where the same. I did not buy a saw, and was a little mad

I called Customer Service. I provided them with an email address. From that email address, the customer service representative GAVE me the first name, last name, and mailing address of the customer. Home Depot is NOT protecting customer data! You had one data breach already. Now you are just GIVING away customer information! This is an easy fix!

I was in your store in Chicago on 87 and Danryan and it was not a good experience. first of all I had to have an associate in the door depoartment called four times. I was in the store 20 minutes waiting for some one to come help me. the associate was not really that knowledgeable, so I went to the pro desk, and I stood there 15 minutes before the register i was at said she was trying to fix it. She should have told me when I walked up and I would have gotten in another line. By then all lines were crowded and I was realy un happy. I needed to know the procedure of buying a door and getting it installed. I was told about a fee to have my door measured even though i Knew the measurements. I was in that store almost an hour and did not accomplish any thing. I wont be back any time soon because I was really interested in a door for the front of my house.

I just experienced frustration at a Home Depot in Mcallen tx., I was overcharged on some paint. I bought 2 gallons of paint @ $28.97 and some floor tiling. When I got home I find out that the cashier charged for 7 gallons of paint and not 2. My frustration is that now in order for me to get my money back they have to go back and review their videos and cash register to verify that I m telling the truth. I under stand that part but I did in' like the way I was treated. I waited for 45 min. Thinking that the manager was taking care of it. Wrong! He was doing something else, when I spoke with him he didn't, know about me and that I had been waiting. . Now i am home waiting for his call.
