I Have A Haier Dehumidifier Modle De45ek . I Got Up This Morning To Empty It And It Was So Hot I Could Not Touch It. I Am Can Not Believe It Did Not Start A Fire. Ther Is No Doubt I Have To Buy A New One.

I purchased a haier bottom freezer counter depth refrigerator from hh gregg. The basket in the freezer has a broken piece but worse the whole side where you close the doors came completely off. Had to glue it but still is crooked. When it comes off you cannot close the doors. Awful experience.
I purchased a portable ac unit 18 months ago. The condenser fan burned out. It was out of warranty and the cost to repair would have exceeded the cost to buy a new one. I am an HVAC engineer and discovered the reason that the fan failed. There is no filter on the condenser coil inlet only a series of louvers that draw in room air. THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW. If this louver had a filter behind it the coil would not plug up. There is a filter on the evaporator coil (the room air coil). In time the condenser coil will fully clog up as it did in my case. My advice is to "only purchase a dual hose portable ac unit" and make sure there is a filter on the inlet hose connection. If not add one yourself.
I have just bought on 22-04-16 Haier fully Automatic Washing machine ( HWM60-10).The demo and commissioning is awaited and expected by Tues the 26th April.
I have gone through the Customer Service review and very disappointed to note that After Sale Service is very poor. I only hope that currently Haier has strengthened this weak area and would ensure proper after sales support incase unfortunately it is required during or beyond the Warranty period.
I bought a Haier dryer in February and I have been dealing with them for a month. All I get is someone telling me BS.I was told there was NOONE in my area to service my dryer. There are over 100,000 people where I live.....and no service techs? BS! More like they don't honor warranties and fail to back their products. I have sent copies of receipts and warranty and all I get is more tracking numbers and they say they have tried calling me multiple times. Funny how they are the ONLY people who have trouble reaching me. LIARS! I will NEVER buy another product from this company . However what I WILL do is share my awful experience with this company with EVERYONE I know.
On 2/21/14 I purchased a Haier Washer and Dryer combo ; both is under a year warranty. The problem began with my washer in July 2014 ; the technician has been to repair my washer 3 times in August 2014 . The only reply is that they sends a technician to repair the problem that constantly keep reoccurring in which they could resolve this matter more efficiency. So I guess the technician will get tired of coming for the same problem and correct it eventually. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT TO MY PET DOG TOBY.
i have contacted haier customer service four times now with no response from them. i bought a haier refridgerator and within three months it is making a loud rattling noise coming from the fan. i have it unplugged because i am scared of safety issues. if i don't hear from them in two days i am calling the better business b. i will never buy from them again.
I Purchased A 39inch Lcd Tv Made By Haier. It Was Used As A Bedroom Tv ,a Few Hours A Week. The Tv Screen Went Bad In 2 Yrs. 3 Months ,very Premature. Called Haier, They Sound Like A Broken Skipping Record. Unit Warranty Expired,repeatthat 10x. The Screen Exceeds The Cost Of The Tv. They Cant And Won,t Do Anything For Me. Cheap China junk Never Have A Haier Again Never,never Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a haier tv last boxing day and it shorted out on dec third. I contacted haier and they stated it was within their warranty. I faxed in information and they said everything was clear and the process would be done within 7 to 10 business days. Since then i have received nothing but lies and people at their call center saying they would handle things, "escalate" this claim,call me back and communicate via email and they have done none of these things. It is now Jan. 12 . who knows if I will ever receive a replacement. No one seems to know what is going on and has no problem lying to you again and again. This has been the worst customer service i have ever received and would encourage people to not buy these products just so you would not have to deal with this so called customer support.
