Good day I used your service on the 9/4/22 from fort Walton in Destin heading to Newark in New Jersey. Upon reaching mobile for the rest stop the bus drove off leaving me I had to use Uber to go Montgomery trying to cash up with the bus which was to no avail I had to use another Uber to go to Atlanta trying to catch up with the bus which also was to no avail I called several numbers all I get is someone all the way in Philippines that cannot give no assistance and I'm so upset becuz it's not totally my fault why the bus leave me the driver gave me a piece of paper with a number but the lady call the wrong number that's why the bus leave me and I receive a call on the 9/8/22 from a person at Washington DC saying they have located the luggage and would send it to Newark and that didn't happen

I was stranded in Dallas Tx traveling from Nashville TN going too California, I left Saturday and arrived In Dallas on Sunday greyhound told me that they were going to give me a room and that didn't I was stuck until Monday so I had to pay for a room. Also I was calling them all day and they told me that their wasn't any available bus rides until Tuesday midnight but I had to Lyft myself back to the station to find out a bus was leaving that day. Next as I'm on board the bus broke down several times causing the driver to pull over 4 times on the freeway. I would like to get a refund back thank you!!!!

I am D. O'Quinn. I had a round trip ticket. I left Flagstaff, AZ on 4/29 for Panama City, FL. when we got to Amarillo there was a 3 hour delay, so I was there for 5 hours. The only explanation was that they had no driver! My ticket had to be re-issued in Dallas.
On my return trip, there was a 6 1/2 hour delay in Dallas, TX. We were there so long that they gave us a food voucher! I had to sign for it, so there is a record of that. The only explanation was that they had no driver! Then there was a 3 hour delay in Amarillo, TX. Again, because they had no driver! This is unacceptable and I am requesting half of my round trip ticket to be refunded. I will never use Greyhound again. I have used this bus service since 1974 for trips across the country.
A ticket agent told me that Greyhound has been bought out by a Chinese company, who also bought Trailways and another bus line. I was, also, told that the offices will be closed and a kiosk will be the only way to purchase a ticket. If these issues are existing with people there, to talk to, what the hell is going to happen when there are only computers? This is a disgrace for a company that has been around since the early 1900's!! There is just no excuse for poor and no customer service! I will not recommend this company to anyone, again!

My name is Florece Lofton on Friday I was supposed to leave Athens Ga @11:55 & be in Atlanta Ga @125 . We left Athens @ 12 something got to Atlanta @ 2:30 couldn't leave Atlanta until that night @7:15 . I'm very disappointed @ Greyhound. I wa to get to Detroit @6:45 I got here @ 1. I was coming for my Brother funeral

As a "Common Carrier" (public transport), you have a higher duty to clientele than other concerns do. The so-called "manager" in Visalia, CA, is so rude and unprofessional, she is off-putting. I purchased "Flexible" tickets on-line (2 free checked bags, which was accommodated in San Diego). When I asked for tags reflecting my return-trip San Diego destination on them, she insisted I got only one bag free ("I'm n ot going to argue with you"), and charged me $15. I presented my Visa card, and she said she c/n take it b/c her "machine was down." I d/n have cash, so she pointed down the street to B of A (ATM); I had 4 bags w/me. What was I supposed to do? No apologies, no offer to keep an eye on them for me. Then she spent 15 =/- minutes on the phone and never looked up while I waited to pay for the 2d bag. She is awful.
In L.A., there was a minimum 2-hr. delay each trip. When an announcement was made, it was unclear, yet when we asked several nearby employees, they all said they hadn't been listening, so no one knew whose bus was late. Non-priority ticket-holders were allowed to shove ahead of priorities. Bus bathrooms have no hand cleaners, and Hepatitis A is a huge concern here. The tix are sold as "express"; they read that Bakersfield is the sole stop up to Visalia, yet we stopped at many other towns.
I do a lot of traveling, but I will NEVER again ride your buses, and I will advise everyone I know not to, as well. Bah.

Horrible service through the security of the Albuquerque, NM station. Officers, at least three through my wait at the station harrassed and either asked sexually for themselves_or made sexual comments. Basically past basic, that for visiting my mom for thanksgiving weekend, I have to go to the hospital and take viewing and sex or otherwise be given an embriotic stem cell research injection to have city sex and break ribs. I was so very afraid that at this stop guns were held by all three officers. I'm looking for places to make complaints.

I, an old man,live in Canton OH planned first ever to have a ride of grey hound for a tour of the city of Columbus OH sometimes towards the end of this month, Nov-2016, so, felt to know about Grey hound services from its a to z. I have been inquiring about a refund that happened back in March and am always told it is on its wAy I have called at least 12 times and am always told the refund is on its way but it never happens. My last attempt is to contact you through email if nothing happens I will go to the BBB and I will post negative feedback.

Greyhound buses are clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned, and the drivers are unfailingly courteous and professional. Unfortunately, dealing with customer service is always a nightmare. Poor people (who presumably made up much of Greyhound's customer base, as most who have the means would prefer to fly, as this is speedier) who lack bank accounts and credit cards will have some trouble. The name of the passenger must be the same as the person whose card was used to buy the ticket, otherwise there will be a 20.00 "gift fee." If you make a mistake booking the ticket and need to change the date, you will have to pay a 20.00 fee. These service fees are merely a means of squeezing a few extra dollars out of poor people, the elderly and the disabled. Also, Greyhound's telephone customer service is as bad as anything I've ever experienced. I feel pity for the unfortunate CSRs, who are compelled to listen to customers complain without the ability to do anything to resolve their problems.

This has been the worse trip with Grey hound I have ever had first before I even left home i got my tickets on line and my mistake I hit the wrong button for my return I was leaving on Monday July 18 and returning on Tuesday July 26 but yes my mistake I put return July 19 just 30 minutes after arriving to Atlanta so I would have been riding from 6:40 from saint Louis to arrive in Atlanta at 7:15 that morning then going to get back on the bus at 7:30 so anyone can see that was obvious a mistake so I tried to fix my mistake on line couldn't do so called customer service very rude man said you can't change on line or. On phone go to bus station pay 20 dollars and change it a few days before my trip.So I went to station to change my tickets for me and my granddaughter by the way this wad her fist bus trip she is 9. So as I tried to explain to the agent what happened he was more than happy to say to me you should have got a flex ticket then you could have changed it with no problem so I said wouldn't that have been more money he eagerly said why yes it would. So I gave him my print out of my tickets from home so he could clearly see my mistake so he said again its 20 dollars to change your tickets so I said does the price change with me getting the correct date I thought maybe it was more but with a smart tone and smug look on his face he said yes its less by 45 or 50 dollars so I said well take the 20 dollars from that he stated can't do that mam you just lost that. So angrily I paid the 20 dollars and he gave me my tickets and I was quickly dismissed. Ok so a day before my trip I tried to see what my schedule was for our trip you no the times of departure and arrival I couldn't find anything out about my tickets so I called the 1800 number and was told I had no tickets after crying uncontrollably the agent put me on hold came back and said she found my new assured tickets but t only had one ticket for me not my granddaughter so I was hot at that time so I said i paid for 2 tickets if you look at the price you would see it wad for 2 and not one cause it wad quite high. I wad told I needed to purchase another ticket for her I didn't have anymore money to give to greyhound.so after talking to someone else I then had to call the saint Louis bus station and talk to a supervisor after explaining all this again i finally got a resulta complimentary ticket was issued for my granddaughter. Now on the way from Atlanta back to saint Louis rude security and on the bus the air wasnt working properly and there wad q ticking sound coming from the side of our window then there was a funny smell like rubber burning and gas so the driver pulled over and checked the bus then stated he would have to exit the bus and wait for 3 hours for another one but people on the bus started to gripe so the bus driver got off the bus and then quickly got back on and said nothing appeared to be wrong and we went on im not able to sleep cause im worried about the bus. So we made it to Nashville's bus station ad told to leave out belongings on the bus and get a reload pass that would put us back on same bus in 15 to 30 minutes so when our reboard pass number was called we entered the line and wad told we had missed our bus. But our things were still on that bus and we had the right reload pass so we got our things im ready to scream and cry cause we were due to be home at 6:30 cause we would not have a ride after that. Here we are now sitting in the bus station in Nashville cause a dumdum told us and others to leave our things on the bus that we would reboard on the same bus going to saint Louis the agent at the desk was pleasant first one yet and told us next bus was any 5:30 am it was almost 1 am. My granddaughter looked at me she could see I was upset she asked me not to be upset so I ggave her some fake smiles so she could not see my anger and frustration the agent then tried to find put what driver told us and others to leave our things and reboard same bus ad we sat in those hard seats I looked up only to see the @&! Bus driver that gave us this wrong information wad leaving in a cab I guess to go home but here we sit tired and uncomfortable in this bus station not knowing how we will get from bus station at 12 noon since people do work AMD can't just stop to pick us up. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS BUS COMPANY DON'T KNOW WHEN I WILL TRAVEL WITH IT AGAIN IF

Odessa tx lost my luggage and when I went to ask a the service station the lady there was rude as hell it was today at 1045am....people please replace your workers....and they didn't find them there on a bus to el paso...

I missed my bus at odessa tx greyhound the clerk said they didn't have any tickets for 10 45 am so I asked if she had one for 735pm she said yes but couldn't sell to me cuz someone had called already to save for them I toldem I was gonna get it I was trying to get home....they have really. ..really...rude people working there yall need to replace the staff...I won't be dealing with greyhound anymore. .ODESSA TX GREYHOUND UR THE WORST CLERKS.....

They lost my luggage at Atlanta, GA. The bus stop in Durant, OK does not know where it is. They have wreckless drivers, I was in a wheelchair and got no help.

I will never go Greyhound again. this trip was very important to me are I would not have come. Drivers were very hateful except the one in Durant, OK. That station there should be shut down. The people there don't know what they are doing. Drivers drove to fast, bus was always cold. They were not helpful to me. The one in Durant, Ok. was. I am partially disabled. Could not use the cell are wi fi. I won't use Greyhound again and I have been telling everybody not to use it.

The station in Charlotte NC is rude and just refused to give my ticket because the ticket machine was broken and the attendent had a bad attitude. He thought I was rude, and made me get out of line and continued being rude. I am a disabled Veteran attempting to get home and this is how your company has treated me. Your rude and disgusting attendent also refused to give his name. I plan on contacting Veterans affairs and any local news agency that I can reach since your company likes to victimize disabled veterans. Contact me immediately

Lost my bags. Gray hound was not helping me find my bag . they was very rud and disrespected to me. I had a very bad bus ride from Springfield IL to Obsess TX. And back from Odessa TX to Springfield IL. On a dam bus that was nasty dirty. No AC on bus. And bus driver put my Bags wrong bus. Now I have no cloths and no medicine all in my bags. They will not help me find my bags.

I need a question answered I have booked a trip August to Las Vegas customer service in Vegas can't get through I need to know is it 2 stations in Las Vegas and how far is Martin KingBlvd bus terminal from greyhound went through Wanderu is there a station inside greyhound.? I have travled greyhound six times in the last 6 months customer service is teribble this will probably be my last trip as a customer I need dist managers name and number can someone answer my questions please

On 04/04/2016, I went to the Macon, Georgia bus terminal to purchase a ticket to leave for Detroit, Michigan at 2:00pm on 04/05/2016-Gate #2. When I arrived at the station at 1:00pm on 04/05/2016 to check my luggage and wait for my bus, I was told that my ticket was dated for me to leave on 04/07/2016 at 2:00pm. I explained to the clerk, who claimed he was the manager,that the employee who sold me the ticket had made an error on the date. He told me that I would have to pay $20 to change the ticket because he wasn't going to take my complaint into consideration because he was not there and the employee would have to be there to verify the mistake before the company assumes the responsibility for the error. I was also informed that there were no seats available for the 2:00 bus and would have to take the bus arriving at 8:00pm. I was very upset with this error because I have to attend a funeral for a family member in Detroit and had I known there were no seats available, I would have scheduled an earlier departure. The "manager" was very rude and inconsiderate of the distraught I was experiencing from their error!!! I still had to pay $20 for another ticket!! When I asked if I could leave my checked-in luggage until I arrive at 8pm, I was told it was a charge of $5.00 to watch unattended luggage!! I have traveled on Greyhound for many years and have never been treated so rudely!!!! I had to borrow the $20 to ensure a ticket to get home. I think I may try to fly home for now on. I do not like to be made to feel that I have no choice in the way I should be treated or the way the that I want to travel!!! The manager made me feel that I was lying about the error and it cost me!!! I don't know the "manager"s name, but he was a rude, black man.

You have the nastiest counter person at the Norfolk Bus Terminal. Real loud and short patient no allowing customers to finish their question. She need to be retrained. This was 5:15 am on 3/18/16.Thanks for providing a comment space.
