Stood in line for 15 mi utes a d the. Would not take my order becau because I wAs going to order 10 foot long club subs I would have to call on my order of he could not do it then he would sure mess up my order I had people working I sure will go where they want my business it happen on glondia,il.
I think I picked the flat out worse pay as you provider there is get a refill the refill card plainly says 90 days expiration well less than 30DAYS I get a text telling me to add time one little problem I still had a lot of time left the very next day all my minutes are gone that plus I got charged 10 minutes for a call that that I never got .
Then try to contact customer service what a big joke that is !!!! they can take there phone and there service
Can't ever get ahold of my boy friend I've witnessed the phone not ringing when I call and I keep getting hung up on by customer care when they try to test call his phone why is it so hard to get this taken care of and why does the number on this site not go to go phone it goes to contract att and then they have to transfer me this is so irritating I'm about to just get him a metro phone like me but isn't att supposed to be better than metro??? Very unsatisfied. I didn't pay all that money to be ripped of by att cause he can't even use the phone.
The GoPhone pay as you go was to be cancelled, when I switched to rate plan. the 60.00 dollar amount is a debit on my credit card each month. calls were blocked on Dec 2nd.incoming and outgoing. until money was added to pay as you go account that I was told was cancelled.
Today my charges increased from 10$ a minute to 25%, and my account balance mysteriously dropped from $27 to $19. AT&T "support" says it's because of roaming charges, as I live near the border with Mexico. so they blocked the international roaming, and now ALL MY OPUTWARD CALLS ARE BLOCKED.

I am right there with you. They will chat and call you back ....until you go live and then you can't find a person, its all this crap enter this enter that...no help whatsoever, in fact one woman 'let me look that up' just disconnected me. It is a rip off. I paid th 25./mo for supposedly unlimited texts...each one I sent I got their notice".20 charge" what??? I am NOT paying by the minute! They had no trouble billing me immediately for THAT. Total frustration!!
This GoPhone is so bad it's nearly a scam. The customer service is a maze of automated sleight of hand and dead ends. I bought the lousy phone for my daughter to call me for rides from the pool, etc - and in case of emergencies. I loaded $25.00 onto it, and can't even use it! It's activated and shows 3 bars out of 5 for reception, but every time I try to call I get "Warning! Service Not Available". I tried then to get my money back, but they changed my password and sent a text containing the new one to this GoPhone - which CANNOT RECEIVE TEXTS! And this is the only way to get the password! It's a scam.

Customer service representatives were very nice but every time I have called to change something the terms and conditions phone line does not work and it is very frustrating when it cuts you off completely and you have to call back again and again and again. This is still not resolved after repeated calls to them. You would think a phone company wouldn't have so many issues with a phone line! I am very frustrated.
I have an ATT go phone. I don't use phone often so this all I need. Signed a few years ago for automatic refill. Everytime the refill date gets close you get reminders and options to add money. This is before you can dial a number. It was a big deal 6 months ago when I was trying ti dial 911. Go to customer relations, Ha! You get option after option but NO LIVE PERSON to talk to. This customer Relations is a very sad joke.
