I am a 80 year old female who travel fromJacksonville to Cleveland Ohio and I just wanted to let you know that the service was exceptional. Your personnel was very very friendly and courteous, and help me on and off the plane with professional courtesy, and I could not have been more pleased with your service.

I would like to report an incident that occurred on frontier flight number 1042 from Orlando to Cleveland Wednesday, April 21.
I was seated in the bulkhead seat 1E my husband was next to me on the aisle the man that was sitting next to me on the window seat hardly ever had his mask on . Before takeoff he sat there eating some chips very slowly.
When we were taking off he decided to make a phone call. Throughout the flight he did not wear his mask once a flight attendant said to him please put your mask up. That was not long left. Also knowing bother to tell him to store his bag up above since we were at bulkhead seats. Everybody else had to but he was left alone. Also upon landing in Cleveland he was on his phone talking.

I purchased these bulkhead seats so I could avoid being in the middle of the crowded aircraft. I have flown frontier several times. My husband and I are quite upset as we are in our 70s and this is the first time that we have flown since Covid hit. I was not about to ask this man to put his mask on as he was not the type of dude you don't want to fool around with. I don't feel it was my duty. The flight attendants were very negligent and just ignored this guy. I felt very unsafe in the vulnerable. Please check into this and get back to me.

We will be flying back-and-forth to Orlando to visit our grandchildren if I and my husband cannot feel comfortable with frontier we will not fly on frontier again.

Dear Sir/Madam

I travelled Frontier Airlines from Las Vegas to Denver on 30th October , I was very disappointed with your help on board from the staff . I asked one of the staff to help me put my carry on bag to put up above the seats , he said he could not lift the bag . He said I would have to lift the bag and then he could help me with it , the reason I told him was that I had a bad shoulder but he still insisted he couldn't lift it for me . I was very shocked as any other airlines I have travelled have been more than helpful. I hope that I get back a response as I have already emailed twice to Frontier Airlines .

So we flew into seattle on frontier airlines flight 141 and withing 15 minutes of the plane landing our luggage was locked up and no frontier staff was around. After 45 minutes of waiting around the airport we went home and called the baggage claim number and was told we would have to return to the airport to claim our baggage within 15 minutes of a frontier arrival. The customer service staff are very rude on top of not being helpful at all.
