Our office represents an individual with a Bank of America account. We need an Authorization to Release of Information Form to obtain bank records. The Bank of America website has quite a few releases but not specific ones related to client bank account information, etc. Please let me know which form would suffice to obtain our client's records.

Davina batton told me that AQUA account was frozen. I never received an explanation why. It just stopped accepting money. If possible please contact asap
