I went and purchased brakes and rotors for my car I paid cash and the back rotor were used so I went to let them know and said I needed to bring my then they would exchange them well it was still a hassle with them I will never buy anything from auto zone again the customer service is no good and there rude this is in gilroy ca

I have called my auto zone 4 times in the last hour every time put on hold for at least 10 min before I hang up and try again-
I called the last time and told them I'm tired of being put on hold and they need to take care of me now and he said too bad-

So I tried calling customer service and it had a 15 min hold time as well

You REALLY need to pay more attention to your customer

At the Vidalia Georgia store I always get the best service. Debbie and Lori are the best. They take the time to make sure I get what I need and explain it to me on a level that I understand. They are corteous and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I also hear them with others customers giving them the same great customer service. These ladies always take that extra time, go that step and really take care of the customer. I only use AutoZone. And even though I have to drive about 20 minutes I will always go to autozone in Vidalia Georgia. The only thing I don't like is the company only have 2 working in the store and I sometimes have to wait maybe too long but still end up getting great customer service. The workers apologize for our wait but they should not have to. They need more than two in the store at all times. I hate seeing these nice people trying so hard to take care of everyone when phones are ringing and three or more customers are also in the store. See this a lot. The workers should not have this to deal with and neither should the customers. In fact I've seen customers walk out even though it is very obvious the workers are doing their best and trying to help everyone. AutoZone is very lucky to have great workers especially ones like Debbie and Lori. I hope you are taking good care of your workers because they take good care of us.

To whom it may concern. my name is Greg Hartz I was in your store today in Moline Illinois Quad City area on 23rd Avenue I was helped by two young men who did a very good job I had problems with my Buick Regal 89. I came in for a belt that had broken off down the road and I had come in and they pj & Solon . The two boys at the desk and or counter help me now I have already written this to three times and I'm not good with computers so there's more to it they did quite a bit when out of the way to help me I had got the wrong one they had made sure that I had the right and then also had broken the tensioner on the car they made sure I got the right tension tensioner so regardless the boys went out of the way make sure I got the right part and I really appreciate it I was out of the middle of nowhere well I couldn't do the job where I was to fix it and I needed to make sure I had the right stuff and they make sure I had the right stuff otherwise I would have been out the middle of nowhere with the wrong parts these two boys need a kudos for doing their job and making sure the customer had the right stuff I appreciate if you showed them that they are appreciated by you because they did a great job and deserve great personality their kind and if you can show them that you appreciate what they do for you the manager also what's they're did good work for us so thank you and I believe their names they was at Moline Illinois on 23rd Avenue the boys names were PJ and Solon that's it thank you.

I like dealing with AutoZone and asking for troy he is the one that I try to deal with cause he is kool to deal with he make sure your parts r right so I like dealing with troy

Diogenes Madera, was very friendly and very knowledgable when he helped me today. I had one of the best experiences at your location on nova road in Daytona beach, Fl auto zone. I wish there were more sales associates like him. I will be back and ask for him!

Walked into utica auto zone at 730 pm to get brakes for my car manager was rude and smelled like he had been drinking poor customer service

I like dealing with auto zone on New York ave I try to deal with one person and his name is troy he is the best and he make should that I get the right parts that I need he is a very cool guy when i call I make sure troy is working he can answer my question for me if troy can most of the time troy can do it I will deal with him as long he stay at auto zone thank you

2 years ago I bought a heavy duty 3 core radiator it started leaking so I took it back to the store on Stephanie and windmill street in Henderson Nevada. They ordered the wrong radiator it was only a 2 core Being stranded I had no choice but to accept that radiator I asked the manager should I get change back since is it was a cheaper Radiator he just turn and walk into the back room I never got an answer. I asked the guy that was helping me never got an answer. I call the next day to see what would be done and the girl I spoke to said she would get with the manager and find out about re fun and she would order the right radiator and I can just exchange them when they gave me. 3 calls later and a month and a 1/2 later and I have not heard a thing and can not get an answer. This is why I do not deal with auto zone but I had a warranty so I thought what the hell. Never again while use auto zone not even for a drop of oil problem still has not been taking care of. You owe me the right radiator that I had paid for or a Refund.

I took my 2016 Ford Escape to the Grove City Autozone for new wiper blades.The manager told me I had to purchase the most expensive pair they had,he had alot of difficulty putting them on and in the process dropped a pair of plyers on my hood ! Leav9ng a mark and just walked away.

Shannon at the Lafayette location from start to finish went above and beyond my expectations. He showed exemplary customer service and I appreciate it. Thank you again for your help. What an example for others you are in customer service. 5 stars in my book!

Tonight I needed a star wrench to fix a taillight that had just gone out. So I stopped at your store @ 3408 Union Ave. The doors were locked & they were supposed to be open for 13 more minutes, so I knocked & a clerk walked over to unlock door for myself and a guy that had pulled in after me. Both emloyees were extremely rude 1 saying I want to go home you will have to ask him. So I followed him down an isle as he was doing something I haven't a clue - so I asked him where the star screw driver or socket & insert - he had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't shy to tell me so. These employees were rude and had no idea what the parts are in the store. In my opinion I would check to see what two guys were too busy wanting to go home instead of helping myself or the man that walked in behind me. This happened on 2/11/18. I will never return to an autozone ever. In my opinion these two non professional guys should not be working in your store, locking doors early like they own the place etc.

In Choctaw,okla.your store has went down hill. I have been a customer for over 20 yrs and in just 6mos this store has managed to lose over half your normal customers. The woman is rude to some and likes to visit with friends while the other service man avoids the front altogether. Then I just called for a part and the young man didn't know what a tail shaft seal on a transmission was or where it goes. So thank you for 20yrs of service but my money will be spent at O'Riley's down the road no matter what the cost. When I say I'm done I'm done.

Why do live one block away from the byhalia store and have to drive to hollysprings or olivebranch to get a battery tested or ignition module tested do you not spend the time to train the same as the other stores for example my battery was bad but byhalia said his computer was down holly spings took a tester to my car to test my battery which is the usual way of doing it every where I have had it done before and on electronic modules they can't test them yet I go to Olive Branch they check them then tell me good or bad is it your training in this store or failure to train properly by the company heads I hope you take head to what I ask because I'm not the only one who has had the same thing happen an as O'Reilly in down the road in both h spings and obranch if I have to always go somewhere besides right down the road I may as well go somewhere else

In the Cordova TN store, a black man that was rude to me and another white woman. Having battery trouble. After pulling hood, he didn't offer to open. I tried & couldnt, asked him if he knew how.. He opened, asked how he did it, said he just put his hand in there. Checked battery. Sold me some post terminals. While paying, lady outside called & on speaker phone said she didn't want to leave car running. He said well if ur husband told you not to turn off, I don't know what to tell you. U have to come in and wait in line like everyone else. One, they were not that busy and two he could have said, I have some customers, give me a few minutes. I stayed outside for the lady to go in store. This man had a rude demeanor (attitude) of HE WASNT GOING TO HELP MORE THAN HE POSSIBLY HAD TOO.

I have been shopping in your store at gratiot and e.grandblvd.for over 20 yrs. On 11/4/2017 I entered autozone looking for helicore. I could not find it. I went to the counter to see location of product. I asked a female clerk. She didn't know what it was. I asked male clerk Juvar williams. He was very rude.He stated that he would look after he finishing with his customer he was waiting on. So when he finished with that customer. I waited over ten minutes for Mr.Williams to finish with that customer. I was the only person in the store requesting assistance. So while waiting on Mr.Williams a female entered into the store asking about,someone to come out to her car to scan her vehicle. I heard Mr.Juvar Williams tell her,when he finish with that customer that he would use his personal scanner to read problem with her car. When Mr.Williams finished with customer.He walked straight out the door to assist female. I finally approached female in charged and she proceeded to help me. I asked her for Mr.Williams name so I could make this complaint. That's bad customer service at it's fullest. I have heard others complaining about Mr Williams character. I really feel he needs some type of training on how to deal with the public.

Returned A Defective Item With Receipt, Only To Ge Told That I Cannot Get My Money Back Rather We Will Issue A Store Merchandise Credit. Meanwhile I Had Already Purchased The Exact Same Product, At Auto Zone, Produced Both Receipts And Still Could Not Get My Monies Back. Last Time I Ever Shop At There Stores.

I recently purchased a set of brakes for my fathers car a 05 Subaru Outback I was told all we had to do is bring back the cores for full refund due to the fact we purchased the old pads there auto zone gold . When my father went to return them the manager BUCK refused to warranty the pads and told him he had to take them back to the original store I live in Hernando and this is the second time I am writing you . I was replied to and was told the district manager would get in touch with me . He has not!

I have been a long-term customer of autozone and I have spent thousand of dollars with you. And have recommended a lot of people to autozone, I will no longer be buying anything from your store's or recommending anyone to do so. I have had quite a few bad experiences at your autozone in Chesterland, Ohio store. Once was with a employee and a manager straightend it out. Now I bought something with cash and never used it, trying to return the item I'm told they can only give store credit and I have receipt. The manager that said this is Michael Waller. If this is true you need to change policy or loose a bunch of business. I have spent thousands of dollars with you over the years. I am a mobile auto mechanic and work on vehicles all over Ohio and always used AutoZone on my card as well as clients cards.

We purchased a battery and tried to return for refund WITHIN THE SAME HOUR(turned out we did not need a battery, it was just a loose connection). They refused to refund. How is this acceptable customer service. I will NEVER purchase another item for Auto Zone again & will let all of my friends, co workers and family know not to make the same mistake. (by the way policy says they may not refund, it does not say they CANNOT refund). Their corporate office will be notified and they need to train their workers and management to be REASONABLE and use their Brains/common sense to DO THE RIGHT THING. .

I had a bad experience at your Goldsboro NC stores Berkely Blvd,andHwy70 locations. Both managers made me fill less than a customer. I tried to explain my side of my story but they wanted to discuss store instead of satisfying me the customer. I know all your clerks and managers ask for my # and name also drivers license when purchasing items at your store. I would like to know why they ask for this information if they are not going to use it to retrieve customer lost receipts. I should have that customer satisfaction and a choice of cash or credit refund.I was only offered a store credit card.All your Goldsboro NC store managers need customer satisfaction training. Im a customer service trainer and recognize customer service problems I have 11 years as an instructor.I would be glad to help with problems.
