Placed an Order containing 3 items Nov.18th, 2021. 2 of the items came in in a timely manner. These were Christmas gifts for friends. I kept checking to see when the last item would be delivered. The last ship by date was Jan. 8th after this date I checked and item was canceled. Called customer service and was treated extremely rude by the agent. I understand the problems we are having with supply chain issues however instead of an arbitrary cancel by you with no explaining, an email directly to me would have been appreciated.

I want to compliment a sales associate Brittany Barnwell at store 434 in westchester NY.
Brittany was so,helpful and beyond sweet and gracious in working with me .i was on the search for a prom dress and she went to much effort to find its for me !
Brittany has such a love for her job as well as the wonderfull Anthropologie stores. Brittany couldn't do enough to,help me with such care and has a very warm yet professional way about her.
We need more young people i the world of retail like Brittany!
